I had the pleasure of using WDB marketing's printing service for an order of obituaries. The representative, Jason was a great help at making sure I was satisfied about every detail throughout the process. I appreciated the communication, the correspondence through email and the even the phone calls with another representative if I had a question. They were prompt and the job was even completed earlier than expected! Thank you all again for your service!

WDB Marketing demonstrated extreme capability, attention and optimized delivery to meet the employee gift requirement of a medium sized Chicagoland based manufacturing organization. I had the most amazing experience with WBD Marketing! I ordered some of their Black owned Business products (tshirt, masks, signs and stickers) and I love all of my items. Everything is made of quality material and the printing is bright and clear. Even when there were some shipping issues, they reached out and updated me the entire time. They also hand delivered bone item that never made it to me. The owner and staffs customer service is too notch! I highly recommend them for your marketing needs.

Went to get business cards because I wanted to support a black owned business. The first set of cards were "ok" at best and because we were in a rush to get them back I accepted it as is since they were usable. I then went back to have the corrections made to have them for another event, and was told it would be almost the same cost for the cards and an additional $25 to get it back within two days although they still had the original design. I declined that and 5 days later they are still calling inquiring about the corrections when everything was written down during the consultation. Finally after 7 emails, I requested my money back. If you want people to support you, give them something worth supporting. Guess I'll stick to the Europeans who can get it right the first time. Very disappointed to say the least.

I used WDB for banners for my conference and referred colleagues to them. They are professional and prompt! I was so happy with the service and how they take such good care of and pay detailed attention to your brand!
