Brett did an absolutely exceptional job transferring my files and programs to another computer in our office recently! We had a power outage due to a storm on March 4th and my PC's old hard drive was corrupted. The next day, Bob our IT guy and friend of over 30 years came to our business and took my computer to his home office to do data recovery and migration to a solid state drive. He was never able to complete the onsite installation and networking as he passed away at home due to hear failure. We were heartbroken and devastated! His brother was able to locate our computer the following week and brought it to our business. We were scrambling to find an IT/network person by referral. I happened to find Alluvion Tech Solutions online and Brett had great Google reviews that seemed legit. Brett was quick to return a call to my long-winded, frazzled message. He was extremely compassionate to our our situation and expedited getting the job done with poise and professionalism at an extremely fair rate. EVERYTHING said about Brett in previous Google reviews is true. He was able to pick up the pieces for us and networked everything perfectly. He really knows his stuff!
