Worked with Marcus today on a putter fitting. What an exciting time for myself at the Hive. He is very knowledgeable about putter swings and getting the customer into the right putter for their stroke. I highly recommend getting fitted from Marcus. He is a great putter fitter!!

Recently ordered a Bettinardi putter from Bettinardi.ca The putter came with a wrongly installed grip and the store refused to refund it. During a couple of rounds, I was struggling with putting as I kept pushing it. When I looked at the putter carefully, I was able to notice that the grip was installed wrong and at the address I could see the putter not being straight. I immediately asked for a refund as I did not want to regrip myself but the Bettinardi declined my request as I used it already. I understand that is their policy but I have suffered so much during two rounds of tournaments and I am traumatized with this putter does not feel that I would be able to play with this putter at all. The Bettinardi store had no intention to help me on the matter and continually ignores my request to send prepaid postage if they are going to Repair the faulty putter. Horrible experience with the so-called premium putter brand. I have purchased 20 plus Bettinardi putters over 10 years but perhaps time to stop buying them. The attitude of the Business Development manager was just unreal...

Awesome experience visiting Studio B @ Bettinardi Golf this week. I have been to the Studio before and loved the experience so much that I decided to host a corporate event. I invited a few of my customers who were into golf and we met out there at 3:30 to do some fittings, have a few drinks, and get excited for the upcoming golf season. The Bettinardi team helped me find a caterer and they did an awesome job helping me coordinate. White glove service from start to finish: - Welcome sign in the lobby with my company logo - Wonderful service from Mike & Leo at the Studio - Bob Bettinardi & Sam Bettinardi stopped by to make sure we were having a great time - We went on a tour of the facility - Checked out the Hive... awesome limited release products. All in, we had an awesome experience. if you are looking for something "different" for a corporate outing, this is a winner! Clients loved it so much, I am going to do it again in a few months and bring another group.

I had a fantastic experience at Studio B. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable of their offerings. Mike did a great job breaking down my take away, and getting me set up with the correct spec club. I was narrowed down between the BB8W or Queen B 12, and eventually chose the BB8W. I'm looking forward to gaming with my new putter soon!!

I called and had the opportunity to speak with Mr. Kubiak. He was very helpful and courteous. While speaking with him we were able to discover what putter would fit my game best. Mr. Kubiak also went above and beyond to find me a location to try the new Bettinardi irons. Mr. Kubiak was very quick with responding to my emails and communications. My putter was built and ready for shipment the day after I sent my specifications to Mr. Kubiak. Bettinardi also offers military personnel a discount.
