It appears others have had similar poor service details. Last 2 outages have occurred on weekends and main number staff says there is no outage, provides a ticket number and schedules technician to come on weekday...with no concern that customer pays for service not provided. Upon calling Mr Folk, he says to call main number as they should know if there is outage . Twice he was told we just hung up from call center who stated there is no outage. Then, owner back peddled and said Volo has trouble with the small building service is provided from and a technician is working on it. Provided no explanation as to why their call center states "no outage". This has gone on for years, yet Volo has done very little, if anything , to correct issue of poor internet service coupled with poor customer service and lack of knowledge ...yet they certainly want bills paid by lst of each month or will charge a $7.00 plus late fee!

The owner came out at 8pm on a holiday weekend evening to make sure we were hooked up. Very impressed with the customer service. I also have had Volo at my home since 2018 and have been pleased with the service.

Most unreliable service ever! Constant random outages throughout the day lasting anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes. Called multiple times about the service interruptions and they fix it for a few days, but it always starts up again. Always saying there is "suspicious traffic" coming from our IPs despite all devices being updated, having no malware, etc. so they have to "black hole" ALL traffic. Why can't just the suspicious traffic packets be filtered out instead of blocking all service!!!!!

Internet is extremely unstable. I have been using it for nearly a year now and it is actually rare for it to work consistently for days. The support staff have been kind but they'd say there sending people over and nobody would ever come. It's frustrating and unreliable because the internet can be just randomly shut off for hours or even days. I would strongly recommend not using this provider.

Absolutely wonderful experience with Madisyn from Volo! She was wonderful cheerful caring sweet. Never have I experienced such excellent service with any other provider. Highly recommend and strongly encourage you to give Volo a shot! Volo would not Volo without Madi!

Being a Business owner myself , it is great and encouraging to see another company go the extra mile and do whatever it takes to help out even in the middle of the night. I want to thank the owner for fixing our problem and keeping peace in my house at such late hours. Highly recommend if you need internet.

Like any service we experience an occasional outage although infrequent. I have to say the service provided by Volo has been impeccable. We have been a client of theirs for more than 10 years, and i wouldn't change providers for any reason. They are the best - Bar None.

The worst internet. We supposedly have the fastest fiber optic but Internet connection is horrible. Especially since we are in the middle of Urbana.
