Omar was really great to work with as he was very clear and responsive on how he could help with my laptop issue which was not working and required transferring of my files to an external hard drive. I really appreciated how quickly he completed the job as well as the communication via text. I would highly recommend Omar and his company.

I started working with Omar in 2013/2014 when my first laptop needed a new screen my DELL INSPIRON, he put in a new screen, hard drive, then a couple months down the line he did the same for my Acer/Lenovo. Not only he's helped me with my tech but he's also been a good friend and easy to do business with. Affordable then any other places.

To start off with, my keyboard had been messing up for quite some time and it was frustrating me that so many big repair names like Geek Squad and others were charging so much just to give my computer a quote without repairing. I stumbled upon Reboot Techz when searching for laptop repair and not only did they do a wonderful job repairing my laptop, it was at a very affordable price. Through the whole process I was informed of everything such as how long it would take for the part to arrive to how long the repairs would take. They are truly a diamond in the rough when it comes to computer repair. I recommend them a thousand times to anyone who needs repairs done on their computer.

They were able fix my tablet screen after I accidentally dropped it even though it had a little markings on the side where they took the old screen off and also had a side issue where one side had a tiny opening on that same side...... still were able to save a ton of game data and work for me!

Good service. While my laptop screen was fixed, I didn't like that I was charged a $14.00 fee for paying with my debit card. Also,the inconsistent hours are a big detraction from the great service.
