Had been colo hosting my server box with them for almost 15 years, since they opened, before they even moved to this location. Recently they sent me a very rude email telling me that they were simply terminating my contract, and if I wanted the "right" to remain there, they would be renegotiating my contract for literally quadruple the price I had been paying. I spoke with Todd in the billing dept, the one who emailed me, and he gave me no respect and wouldn't budge on the price. Also the last few times I submitted a support ticket, the people handling those had been ignorant of usual procedures and unprofessional. The facility is great, though.

We have a few customers that we have moved into New Continuum to satisfy BC/DR scenarios. We have been very happy with the facilities and support we have received (initial setup, remote hands, good communication). The network has been improved over the last six months, the technicians are flexible in supporting remote troubleshooting, and the billing is simple and able to be customized with the right services depending on customer need.

FragReady, a division of Main Street Savvy, LLC., has been a client of Continuum Data Centers since April of 2012. We've gone from a quarter cabinet to several cabinets, and are about to open another one. The staff has been fantastic to work with. They are polite and respond quickly and efficiently to all requests. Overall, they're just great people. The network has been top-notch. They have had a few times where we had some network issues, however, it has always been resolved quickly. Tom, the Managing Partner of Continuum, is always there whenever I have questions. Shauna, the Sr. Account Executive, has helped us so much. We cannot ever thank her enough. Overall, we recommend Continuum Data Centers of Lombard, Illinois to anyone, without hesitation. We look forward to many more happy years!

Absolutely amazing customer service from their tech support team. I currently have a co-located machine with Continuum, that likes to keep having issues (hardware and software), and the techs at Continuum have replied and resolved tickets at a superb rate. All that, and the fact that their co-location price is amazing. These guys have my business (and my money) for a long time.

I've been using New Continuum Data Center for close to 6 months. Service and internet is stable. Their facility can handle an nuclear fallout. Most importantly; whenever I request support, they respond and resolve my issues promptly. Currently we have two racks, so in the future we hope to continue with them with our expansion.

I have had a great experience with New Continuum datacenter. Myself have three racks there and will be expanding. Their new facility in West Chicago is top notch and a massive improvement over the old one. And the staff have been knowledgeable and willing to help along the way.

I am revising my review based on a follow-up phone call from Pete. While it was frustrating trying to reach someone, much of the problem arose from how our account was set up by a former employee. They have done their best to correct the situation and I appreciate their effort and good will. Based on their remedy of the situation, I can recommend New Continuum. Completely unacceptable tech support when we needed to get control of our account. It took 3 phone calls and 2 unanswered messages to get a person on the phone. Days went by while we waited for someone to call back so we could remove a former key employee from the account and deny access to this person. Not acceptable.

When new management took over it was a big uphill battle for them. This time last year we had numerous network issues and outages, but then they hired new staff (Victor, Austin, and Darrell!!!!) and dropped in new hardware and they are rock solid. This is NOT the same datacenter that it was last year. Do NOT make your decision to do business with them based on old reviews. This literally is the NEW Continuum.
