STL DESIGN LAB (DESIGNING TERRITORY) IS A SCAM AND NOTHING MORE THAN A SCAM! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. THEY ARE FRAUDULENT AND WILL STEAL MONEY FROM YOU. In full disclosure, I am truly embarrassed that I trusted this company to begin with, and I am disappointed in myself for my naivety. From personal experience, it is my honest opinion that you are at considerable risk of being a victim of fraud. My nightmare began with a $550 investment in March of this year. STL Design Lab (DESIGNING TERRITORY) promised me an excessive amount of deliverables (this should have been a tipoff of their "snow job" sales pitch.) Unfortunately, this is far from what they provided. I have learned to vet such companies through proper due diligence before initiating business with them. It is important to note that The Better Business Bureau does not accredit STL Design Lab (DESIGNING TERRITORY). When reading the negative reviews, please compare the positive ones as I am suspicious of their authenticity. They all sound very similar to written communications I have experienced with them over months - telltale consistent poor grammar. STL Design Lab (DESIGNING TERRITORY) sold me a false bill of goods over four months, promised me everything, and delivered nothing whatsoever. Not only did STL Design Lab (DESIGNING TERRITORY) steal over $11K, but they also nearly damaged my credibility by creating and posting to social media accounts without my permission. My bank was able to win every dispute without even having a written contract. Luckily I paid by credit card (that was my only saving grace). The following are the amounts of the transactions that I was able to collect back - $550 / $110 / $112 /$1,760 / $1,788 / $1,904 / $2,079 / $3,300 = $11,603. They have used and continue to use improper grammar, advertising products that I had no idea what they even were. STL Design Lab (DESIGNING TERRITORY) published my website with all filler notes with inaccuracies on many pages, including the home page. In addition, STL Design Lab (DESIGNING TERRITORY) continually published content on these pages even though I specifically instructed them not to. I couldn't make it any clearer that this could result in serious negative repercussions on my knowledge and credibility in the real estate industry. I am beyond thankful that my wife caught this before I did, and I could get it down after just 33 minutes. Money is significant, don't get me wrong, but so is time. Although I got back the money, I can never get back the precious gift of "time." All the energy and frustration accumulated in dealing with their excuses, empty promises took a toll on me, and I am left cleaning up their mess. This experience was nothing short of terrible. I wanted to believe in STL Design Lab (DESIGNING TERRITORY) so bad and hoped they would magically wow me once and for all. But, unfortunately, I lost all hope once they passed me along to my 3rd project manager. STL Design Lab (DESIGNING TERRITORY) does not have rights to a logo and domain that I am not associated with, nor will I ever be. They do not know whom they are trying to damage; that is how aloof and oblivious this company is. Their social media accounts have little to no validity to them, and it's almost comical. I attempted to reconcile my situation with the STL Design Lab (DESIGNING TERRITORY) "leadership," and this was their exact response. I quote: "Things will be more worst trust me if you don't cooperate this time. Rest decision is all yours." **QUOTE WAS LEFT WITH IMPROPER GRAMMAR BECAUSE THAT IS JUST A SMALL SAMPLE OF THEIR UNPROFESSIONALISM AND LACK OF COMMAND OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE.** ALSO, REMEMBER THEY ARE USING ONLY FAKE REVIEWS AND FEEDBACKS. BIGGEST SCAMMERS AND FRAUD.

This is a Karachi, Pakistan based company and is running a scam. They do not pay their employees on time and are known to delay their salaries by 2,3 months. Please don't do any business with them !

Theives!!!! I paid for a website and SIX plus months later I still DO NOT have one. They have ignored all requests for a refund. Please DO NOT make the same MISTAKE!!!
