Seth from Leading IT is my absolute go-to for any IT related issue. I know that no matter how complicated the issue might be, Seth will address it, solve it and have me back up and running quickly. Seth has helped me out on multiple occasions with a variety of different issues. Thankfully, because of him, I never fall behind on things I need to do for clients.

LeadingIT has helped us identify ongoing security issues and vulnerabilities left by our previous MSP. Through close collaboration, we've been addressing these gaps. While we've made significant progress, this experience has shown that maintaining an active partnership with a pro-active and skilled MSP and following their guidance is crucial to prevent system deterioration.

I just spent half an hour with Bryce, and he was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. He helped me resolve an issue we've been dealing with for months regarding Nicole's computer, discovering that she had been using the wrong calendar entry. Next, we moved on to my computer, and once again, Bryce proved to be the right person to call. My 70-year-old brain struggled to understand the Authenticator app on my phone for signing into Outlook. After many attempts and with his immense patience, we successfully navigated the two-factor authentication process. Bryce explained that in the next 5 to 10 years, everything will need to be secured this way. So, when I'm 80 and able to pay my bills or shop online, I'll be thankful to Bryce for the lesson. Our company recently purchased 14 new computers and a new copier. Kyle Sandrik was assigned to complete the switch over from our old computers to the new ones. He was so knowledgeable and professional! He made the process very easy for all the staff. Again when he come out for the copier switch he went out of his way to make sure the process was as smooth as possible. He followed up to make sure everything was working. The staff couldn't say enough about his service!!

The team at LeadingIT does an extremely good job handling all of our IT needs, wants, and issues in a very professional and effective manner. I have yet to come up with an issue that they cannot resolve! I love their ticketing system so that I can track the progress of the issues/requests/etc. This especially helpful as I manage/run all things IT for my company. Not to mention, the characters there have a great personality!
