This company either has some of the worst customer service or it's a weird shadow company that doesn't have any customer service. My internet has been down all day long and their support message has the same looping notification saying the outage would last 2 hours. I got that message at 9am this morning and am getting the same message at 5 pm. They DO NOT answer the number listed on their site for support if you push past the automated message and wait for a service representative. I've waited on hold for more than 30 mins 3 separate times today before giving up. Ridiculous. I would never recommend this provider. They were forced on us when we moved into our apartment and it's been garbage for an entire year. Avoid if you have the chance.

First, there is something fishy so many apartment complexes are forcing their tenants to change to this company for internet services. Suspicious. Anyways, the worst internet experience so far. I pay $75 for 1gb of internet service but I cannot get more than 300mbps on any single device. When I reach out to them, they told me it is by design. If I try to change to a lower package, saving $5 and cutting speed in half to 500 mbps, I won't be able to get more than 150mbps an any single device. Please help me understand. I wouldn't recommend to anyone but I am sure no one wants to get their services thats why a lot of comments here said, I was forced to change.

Forced by our apartment complex to switch, paying $65 dollars a month and i seriously can't event get anything over 950kbps. When installing i was not notified of their entry and was home alone. the first guy who knocked had his hood up, pants sagging and i could not see his face. for a girl, i was very uncomfortable and never in my right mind would i let them in. well, they were given a master key and entered anyway. very uncomfortable situation. I also work from home 2 days a week and i have to use my cellular hotspot to do anything on my devices. If i'm on the wifi, I can't even send a text message it's so horrible.

Honestly the worst internet I have ever had, and I used to live in the countryside. My wife and I were forced to switch over to their services by our apartment complex, and their services are so bad we are seriously considering moving. I am paying for 500 Mbps and rarely have over 150. With Xfinity I was paying for 500 and was regularly in the 600s. Their internet services are honestly embarrassingly bad.

They have very poor customer service and communication. Website is never accurate with outages and they do a poor job handling. Stay away from apartments that force you to have some crappy experience unheard of internet provider

If you are going to knock the internet out for an entire day it would be great if you published your schedule or announced the outage. I work with a dozen different carriers professionally and they at least have some idea as to what infrastructure is in place and what outage windows look like.

Worst internet provider I've ever had. Force by Stonegate Crossing. Internet is very slow or doesn't work without constantly having to reset the modem. I had no problem with CenturyLink before mandatory switch. In fact I'm paying more money for lousy service.

So I was forced to have this ICS internet installed in my apartment last week. Well they come in LOUD AF makes my dog bark, wakes my baby up, ruined my whole day and you know what???? This was supposed to be better internet yet I still lag in Fortnite.
