The location is also ideal--right across the street from campus, near restaurants, and bus stops! Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the community feels safe and inviting. My home away from home! I truly love staying at The Foundry--the spacious rooms, convenient location, and the friendly staff are just some of the things that make this place absolutely amazing! I always spend my time in the study room that has large windows overlooking the street and a free coffee machine! It's possibly one of the best study spots near campus! I love it here so much and thank you to all the wonderful staff that make this place so wonderful!

We love The Foundry! Our oldest daughter lived there and had the best experience, and now our younger daughter lives there as well. The location can't be beat, and the floorplans we are familiar with provided great private space in both the bedrooms and bathrooms. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Foundry!

I've been a tenant at The Foundry for two years, going on three, and every day I'm met with a smile and a "have a good day" as I walk out on my to classes from Grace, Hannah, and Ellie at the front desk. I've had dishwasher and disposal issues, but Joe, the maintenance guy, is always there within minutes to fix them. It's a great place to live, and they've got quite the signing bonus going on right now- go check it out!

After experiencing challenges with housing last year at a different facility, my roommates and I found comfort in The Foundry this year. The cleanliness and organization of the facility have been a refreshing change. The staff's welcoming demeanor and respectful handling of issues have made our stay even more enjoyable. With its prime location and access to amenities such as the gym, I wholeheartedly recommend The Foundry to any college student in search of a comfortable and convenient living space.

I have lived here since spring 2020 and I have nothing but love for this place. The location is convenient as it is near campus, near multiple cyride stops, and walking distance to great restaurants. Anytime I've had trouble with any appliance, I would do a maintenance request order and maintenance would have taken care of it within 48 hours max unless there were some bigger problem and they would have to order stuff to properly fix it but it never took more than a week. Staff is so welcoming and always up to a quick chat, plus they plan great events to connect with the residents. Staff is also very attentive to every resident specially with noise complaints but there is so much they can do when you live on college housing when every weekend college students like to party lol. The Foundry has truly felt like home for me for the longest time and I truly have loved where I lived!
