My second visit at this store and once again Adam was AMAZING! Even tho we did not make any purchases he helped my wife and I with a few questions we had about the upcoming iPhone 17. We will definitely be back to this store location to upgrade to the iPhone 17 with Adam.
I made a stop in the store today. I anticipated the service to be mediocre and the line to be long due to Christmas. While at the store, I spoke with Gui and was very, very pleased. He wasn't in a rush when providing me all of the detailed information I needed. He was professional yet very personable. He was able to multi-task and assisted another couple while we waited on my phone. They too, appreciated his service and thanked him over and over. My recommendation, if you go to Verizon - SEE GUI!!

David is the best. Phone wouldn't work. The regular Verizon store just tried to upgrade me. David pulled up my account, confirmed that I have the coverage, and set me up with a tech to replace by screen (it's an old phone so not surprising the screen wasn't immediately available) at no cost. Even gave me advice on getting my old phone activated and a better upgrade timeline. Gave me all the service the regular store didn't. Even though he couldn't fix the phone I left thrilled that I had a fix in the future. Much more helpful than the regular Verizon store. Couldn't be happier.
I recommend this store over any Verizon store in Ames. Adam has been GREAT help, polite, and very knowledgeable. He has been the best! I will always deal with him from now on.

Waylon was so kind and patient while explaining my new phone. As boring, to me, as new phones are it was way better than discount tires! Both are necessary. But buying a phone vs. tires, the Verizon experience with Waylon is way better!!
