They did the best they could with the people they had. The female manager on duty was excellent. There was an issue with our birthday party favors and she assisted with a discount and apologized for the inconvenience - thank you. However, one employee (who appeared to be a student) was on her phone the entire time. Even when adults were at the counter helping their children pick their point prizes. Her cell phone was attached to every transaction made. She sat on her phone while at the trampoline activity center and nearly never acknowledged safety measures. There was a wonderful gal, who had 2 piercings on her bottom lip, who really did amazing with our party. She went the extra mile and helped our party enjoy the time spent at CC. Great job! Overall the experience was great for the children at the party. They were able to enjoy all the games and just be kids for the two hours. Be warned, it is a bit expensive to host the party - about $30/child.

Went here for my kiddos 5th birthday. It was great for the kids to play and burn energy!! The food is not what it used to be and it's expensive but it was fun. So much has changed since I went there for my own parties as a kid!! Changes have even been made since my first born had his birthday there

Food was not very for price you pay ...pizza nees thicker and little more toppings. ( very very minimal they put on it). Guy working on machines was the nicest staff there. Stupid you have to buy socks if already wearing anti slip socks for kids plus different amount to bounce. Place just is not the same like it use to be. Waste of time & money.

Staff was very unorganized and complicated to work with I never even spoke with my host. Then they rung me up wrong 4 times before getting the right price for my party not to mention the bathrooms were nasty! My experience here was unpleasing I personally will never throw a party here again.

Of course the kids love it the pizza sucks but you know what you going to do when your kid is in love with the place every time I go I get terrible stomach aches and then end up on the toilet later for too long LOL too much information but I'm just warning you guys I mean I'll just eat one slice and it's like instantly it hits me almost so I prefer and recommend ordering the salad bar even though it's so gosh darn expensive but so is the pizza I've learned that eating beforehand and then just playing games there is way cheaper and it doesn't give you a gurgly stomach bubbly stomach whatever the word is you want to call it

I have always loved this place!! One thing I really don't like they took mechanical Chuck e Cheese out! My nephew loved to dance with him.. Now that he is gone, He doesn't want to go much, I have to push him along.. Autistic kids live doing the same things and going to the same places and seeing the same things. So it was a shock to see him gone . Otherwise Love the games and the staff are awesome!!

Here is a list -8 machines out of order. - disgusting restrooms -very rude and non caring staff. -Asked them to make cotton and the guy with the bowl cut said "No, I'm too busy" then proceed to just stand there doing nothing.... Visit was on 3/1/25 around 5 or 6pm. What a joke. Pizza ranch will put you out of business real quick if management doesn't get it in gear.

Good fun for the kids, pizza is like getting cheaper store bought frozen pizzas. Understaffed but they made it work. Would go again for the kids.
