Eric was amazing - he went out of his way after hours to give my wife and I a call back and schedule some showings for us over the weekend. He even took some of his own time to show us a few places. Very thankful for his above and beyond help on a quick-turnaround move!

Eric has been an absolute star with the strange details around the lease I required. He was flexible, patient, accessible, informative and mostly always available! How's that for great customer service?I have always felt that his goal was to make my life simpler through this process. I am more than grateful for his help!

Rent cedar valley is the corporate version of a slum lord. Horrible staff, predatory pricing, and absolutely awful management. I was asked to renew the lease within a month of moving in and when I did not I can't even recall how many times they showed my apartment. Over 20 times at least. No matter how many times I asked for 24 hours notice it was never given, AND on top of that they don't even knock before entering! Don't believe me? I have video proof. If I could pick one company in the entirety of time to shut down it would be rent cedar valley.

228 spaces on University in Cedar Falls, Iowa was a delightful place to stay. I have stayed there 3 times, two of the times were short term for visiting family and once was a long term stay for months when I relocated to Iowa from a different state. I always arrived in town extremely late and Denice was very helpful each time. She was friendly, professional, and helpful when I had questions or needed to find places to shop/eat. She was very accommodating with my dogs even when they got a loud with the barking during the day. I recommend this location for short or long term stays because it it clean and quiet but specifically because Denice is so wonderful

I enjoyed my stay here. While small, it had what I needed. Only once did I have an issue and Denice fixed it quickly. She is nice, approachable, and I enjoyed seeing her when I would get off work. She loved my dog and treated him like he was her own. And he would get excited every time he saw her. When I come back to the area, I'll definitely be renting from Denice again.

I am moving into one of Rent Cedar Valley's properties soon and I could not be more excited! Tristan Round has been extremely helpful in making this a seamless process. She has answered all of my questions and responds in a timely manner. I can't wait to move into my new place knowing how great the managerial team is.

Rent Cedar Valley has been amazing in every aspect! Super responsive and have the best rental units in the cedar valley. Shane has been amazing to work with and his units are super clean and feel brand new from the moment you step into a place. I would recommend to anyone to check out Rent Cedar Valley first for a place to live!

My stay at 228 Spaces was fantastic. I was delighted to find a spacious, pristine accommodation complete with all the required amenities and a convenient location. Duly noted was clear communication and a seamless check-in process facilitated by Ms. D. Bennett at 228 Spaces along with her exceptional efforts to go the extra mile during my stay that truly elevated my experience at 228 Spaces which was nothing short of delicious.
