If you upgrade your internet from an apt make sure to call right away to find out your account password because THEY DONT PROVIDE IT I followed the link given to me by my apt to upgrade my internet thinking it would be billed through my apt which the base internet is. for some reason they charge you separately for your upgrade. I missed a call 3 days ago saying billing was sent back to them because they sent it to building not my apt. when I called back the day of missing the call to ask what it's about they said that the billing was sent to my address and that "that's our mistake your apt is supposed to handle the billing". then today my internet is shut off I call and ask what it's about and they said "their are outages in your area" and didn't have an eta when it would be back. 5 hours later I call again for them to tell me it's a billing issue and that they would need my account password which I NEVER SET UP AN ACCOUNT I JUST FILLED A FORM so after getting the run around from 3 different people I'm stuck with no internet until business hours after being told the billing isn't my responsibility it will be handled through my apt(lie), that there was an internet outage and that's why I don't have internet right now(lie), and that I need a password for something THAT DOESNT EXIST complete shit show talked to 5 representatives no answers no internet I also pay for the 1g but only max out at 800mb upload download UPDATE: Dylan at customer support is the goat cleared up my issues and didn't charge me the reconnection fee also apparently the password I provided when trying to access the account was the correct one so someone else lied but it all eventually got cleared up

Called last week with a question. Never got a call back. Called and left a message earlier today. Never got a call back. Called again at 5 to see if I could speak to technical support. Was told by Taron that he wouldn't give me info about a free wifi service area. I asked questions. He stonewalled. He was condescending and rude. Perhaps I should have spoken more slowly to him. If you can get service elsewhere, do it. What a bunch of horses asses. I look forward to I'mOn going the way of other cable companies-- out of business. Cheers

I've had nothing but good things to say about ImOn. They're not just a hollow company like other providers. Their staff are helpful and kind, and their rates are the best in town. Unlike other companies in the area, ImOn deserves kudos for all their hard work, transparency and excellent customer service.

Update since my last review, we were contacted the day after i first submitted a one star review. They did not address any issues, they put a note on our account that we arent able to get any techs scheduled to come out and troubleshoot our issues. They gave us a direct line to someone (Robin). We have reached out to her a couple of times now and nothing further is getting done. I most recently called her and wanted to get something scheduled for a tech to come out but she said they are booked that day and then asked if i was able to go to my parents to use their internet. They clearly are not providing us the service that we are paying for. They wont even take the issues seriously enough. Do not go throught them. I just got a starlink recently and it is giving a better service than imon is. Starlink is giving me 300 download, 30 upload, and aorund 25 ping. every single aspect of Starlink is better than imon. Feel free to reach out to me if you are considering imon as an ISP, i would be more than willing to discuss all the issues we have had with them. Absolutely atrocious business all the way around.

While my time having the service I have a few issues. When I first signed up everything was "okay" - The first day the man came and set everything up and it went smoothly. Until the lines were cut by the person who was suppose to bury the lines. I had to call their tech-lines who came out an fixed the issue with 2-3 buisness days. Now, when I moved to my new apartment the customer service I spoke with is what earned them to loose more stars with me and "my" experience. The lady was "very" rude and unprofessional with making me as a customer feel bad. An was very rude about returning their products. It's almost as if when you cannot or don't want their services anymore; They mistreat you. So, while I enjoyed the internet itself. The customer service is horrid.

These people are horrible. Inconsistent connection 75% of the time. They send techs out and "troubleshoot" and nothing ever comes of it. They won't even pro-rate my bill to reflect the quality of service I'm getting. Stay away. It'll be better for you to get starlink

I don't normally leave negative reviews but I've gotten pretty fed up with Imons billing charges and shenanigans. They will disconnect you without notice (read the fine print), charge you $35 to reconnect you, charge you to take a payment, charge you to send a bill, and provide a severe lack of quality customer service. The goal is to force you to pay online, force you to sign up for auto-pay, and you will need to escalate to a supervisor to remove any additional fees. As a brand new customer, it's been a bad experience. I'd rather go back to Mediacom.

Just had Avery with Cablepro do the fiber install for me. He was great! He did a clean install. He was thoughtful about where to install the line too. And everything is working as it should right now. So I'm happy.
