I had been dragging my feet to take the time and pay the money to get my 2015 Macbook Pro battery replaced until I found WD Tech Solutions. Darryl charged less than half of what I was quoted elsewhere and did it in under 24 hrs. He also did a diagnostic, cleaned and dusted my computer inside and out, and even replaced some small things at no extra charge. Would definitely recommend him.

I really really had high hopes for this.... I gave Darryl my laptop back in June of 2022. The back light was out and it was having some other hardware issues. I've already paid for the entirety of the invoice, and have requested multiple times to have an update on my laptop. It is now July 15th 2023 and I haven't heard anything back from him since November 2022. I basically paid him to take my gaming laptop. If you have any issues that are complicated or take more than just a few days, I would not recommend as it's made apparent by other reviews that the communication is lacking.

I stopped at Darryl's Newbo "office" last Thursday with a couple laptop issues that needed resolution. Darryl diagnosed the problems and took care of things in time for me to have my laptop back the next day. He communicated clearly via text, email, and phone and followed through on what said he was going to do, all for a very reasonable price. I would absolutely recommend Darryl and will definitely use him again as I need tech help.

So I talked to Darryl English, on the phone back in August 2022 that my iPad had a bad charging port and he said I can fix that and only would take 90 minutes. Well he was wrong. I need to take the screen off but I can still fix it 2 months later. Then he said then he said that he didn't have the proper equipment without breaking the screen off? so then I told him about VCC in Las Vegas that does repairs like that but he sent it to somebody somewhere else and to this day and I still don't have my iPad. He is not responding to phone calls or emails. I've contacted the BBB with no response from Darryl. I received my iPad 5-12-23. Damage to bottom right corner of the screen and doesn't charge on with only certain cords Not recommended. Send it to VCC in Las Vegas like I told him to they can fix it in 1-3 days as had to do with the new one he told me it's common problem with the iPads 1 day he had it fixed ...Will never use weDream again...

I recently tried to install a new SSD for my MacBook Pro and it was way above my abilities. I inquired to several different vendors for assistance and Darryl was not only the fastest to respond but the quality of his work was incredible, high-quality and affordable. He communicated with me throughout the repair/install process, got my laptop back to me quickly and saved me an incredible amount of time and frustration. If you have any technology needs, Darryl and WDTS NewBo Services is the best place you can go! I can't recommend Darryl enough.

Darryl responded very quickly for my request for assistance with fixing my printer, which is very important to my home office. He promptly scheduled a service call and he was knowledgeable, professiona, and got my printer working AND did some necessary issues to my laptop. Strongly recommend.

Brought in my laptop because it stopped booting up and I just wanted a diagnoses of what was wrong. Waited 2 weeks for an update, nothing. Started calling multiple times for 2 weeks, nothing. I had to come and leave him a note at his stall in Newbo for him to finally call me back. He lets me know that the motherboard is shot. Then tries to hand me someone else's laptop! He then hands me my computer, I have to ask for my screws because they're not in it. Now I've gotten someone else to look at it and they let me know my battery and my wifi card are missing.

We were putting off getting our computer looked at because we've had another Computer Technician look at it and couldn't figure out what was wrong We dropped the computer off with Darryl He diagnosed the problem ,upgraded a little bit was a lot cheaper than what I was quoted before. My computer's like brand new in fact it's better than it was when it was brand new .He did an awesome job. We recommend this company whole heartedly
