CPR Computer Repairs

Do not recommend. I needed my computer screen fixed and he did not do a good job. The screen is very faded, he bent the frame of my computer, and the touch screen does not work anymore. It now likes to do random stuff and glitch all of the time which makes it so hard to work with. I do not think I should have paid as much as I did because it was not worth it, I wish I could get my money back. He did offer to look at it again because he has a return policy or whatever but I'd rather just take it anywhere else. Do not waste your money here.

Was not able to repair my computer or give me a definitive answer on what was wrong. "It's probably the motherboard." I was still charged $55 for the service. A bit high considering nothing was done to it to fix it. If that's the price to diagnose at least give a definitive diagnosis and not just an educated guess. Its operated out of an apartment. I would have liked to have done business outside the complex instead of having to go into his apartment since we are in a pandemic (he DID wear a mask when I interacted with him) Overall he is friendly but I cannot say it was a good value considering I'm not even sure what's wrong. Next time I will go elsewhere.

Me and the fellas took the guy our pc first off the area was extremely sketch the guy seemed chill but after 24hrs he had our pc done however within another 24hrs the pc was back to not working after taking it to another shop it was revealed to us that the computer should've never left the shop in that condition things were left Un-repaired and broken when asked what was wrong we were told it was "probably the motherboard" however the new pc shop found the motherboard to be in good working condition

Manager was not in any way helpful. He was to busy playing on his computer to work on a tablet. No people skills. I will say that the Omaha location on maple is ok though

Well the gentleman I talked to was very nice,and sounded like he could do the job I was asking him to do.Which was to bypass the password to get into the computer.Just so y'all know.The guy who was selling the computer.somehow forgot the password to his computer.All I know is it wasn't stolen.Well let me put it this way.I know who sold it to me.And I know where he lives.But the guy at the computer shop, seemed to know what he was doing.

Took a custom build to him that I couldn't get running for the life of me and he had it running in a day.

He broke a piece of my computer and super glued it together and still charged me for the work

Ron is very knowledgeable and his prices are reasonable. Highly recommend!
