I got a call from a gentleman offering this service. He said it was the only one in my area. The service was for 100mb with the support of 3 devices. Thinking I had no choice I got service... come to find out there are a few more and this company has the worst product available.

If I could leave negative stars, I would. We had internet installed on Monday and by Monday night it did not work. Called and said our service had been cancelled, which we did not cancel. Called back was on hold or transferred around over 20x for a total of 63 min before they said they'd call back in 5 min and never called back. This is just since installation. We waited for a wire to be buried for over 3 months before this nightmare even started. Didn't think internet could get worse than the provider we were trying to leave, but we were wrong.

Worst experience I've ever had with any company EVER. Horrible customer service, transfer to other reps with no warning of doing so. Technician named Jeffrey never showed up when he was supposed to, then closed the ticket. Never even got fully set up, thank God, because every step of this process has been a complete nightmare. If you're thinking about internet, I advise you to look elsewhere. I thought Mediacom was bad, but these guys are far worse, it's not worth the cost savings to deal with this much hassle.

Internet went out. Called. Scheduled the appointment for it to get fixed. Received multiple text messages to confirm the appointment or it would be canceled. Confirmed EVERY time. Received text to confirm the morning of or it would be canceled. When communicating with the text service I asked if they had a time frame for the appointment and they said a technician had not been assigned yet. Called a little later and they still hadn't assigned one. But when they do I will receive a text message and if I don't confirm it they will cancel then change me $50. Had to reschedule the appointment for a day off from work so I can better accommodate them, I hope I can catch all the messages so they don't cancel between now and then.

I find that Windstream's automated system is not capable of handling anything out of the "box". Long waits are a given. I have had diminished service since 3,500 of their routers were rendered useless. Though I was able to bandaid my problem and cancel my service call yesterday and confirm it I was notified today that the technician was still coming and I canceled and confirmed it. When I returned home my internet was down. When I reported it, I was told that their technician came and I wasn't home! After speaking to several people, I found out today's ticket was not created in my 2 hours of contact. I do not have confidence they will honor my request not to conflict with my doctors appointment.

Worst customer experience I've ever received. Nobody answers the phones unless you select sales, and when you do get transferred to the department you need they just hang up on you. I'm still getting billed for an account I canceled about 2 months ago. Do not get internet through Windstream ever. Worst business I've ever dealt with.

There customer service and technical support is the worst ever. If you have problem dont count on getting aby help for days to weeks 7 days after my internet went out before new modem arrived . Than kept still losing connection two days it took I got message in morning saying it was resolved but guess what I had no internet called and they than told me to disreguard that message they were still working on it again. I think they are trying to get everyone switched to the more expensive package. But before I do thst I will switch carriers all together. If you need internet fir your job I recommend you don't go with these guys cause they don't give a hoot.

Was offered the slowest possible connection as they didn't have anything better for our location. We survived that for 10 months. Our modem then crashed and was without service for 9 days. Their solution was 3-5 business days to send a new one, which was after several attempts via the app and phone calls to remedy this. At that point I was done dealing with incompetence and horrible customer service.
