Nextlink Internet

Has been out on and off since October. Last month they took $300 from my account unauthorized and would only give a $15 credit. Called 6 times in 2 days to get it going. Nothing has been solved and I'm still without internet and no one has any explanations as to why it's not working. The gal I talked to had basically was like your out of luck and we can't help you. I'm tired of paying for a service that never works and techs that won't show up to find the issue

Terrible service. Our internet has been down for most of the last 2 months. No one in tech support or customer service can explain why. No one can tell me what is being done about it. Unreliable service has become the norm at Nextlink. If you want reliable service, go somewhere else.

current user. been down for two days. cant talk to anyone because of the high call volume. havent been told anything via email phone or smoke signals. Give me something people!

Mark L. was a great help! He called me with plenty of notice to let me know he was running a little late on his previous installment, which most companies will not do. Then he called to let me know he was on his way, also something I haven't seen with other companies. He explained everything he was checking & what he was switching out or fixing. He let me know what the problem was and reassured me that it would be taken care of today. He also noticed that when it was fixed, the speeds weren't exactly where they needed to be yet so he got it all straightened out before finishing up the job. I really appreciate being informed & someone taking the extra step for a customer to have the best Internet performance. By far, the best customer service out of any provider I've had.

Mark L was our installer. The installation was great. He went over everything with us and waited to see if we had everything connected before he left. It was a very positive experience.

Ethan Radtke came to my house to help me with my WYFI that was not working. I showed him where everything was located, the outside pole and where the cables entered into the house and into the basement. Then onto the computer and the router hookup. Such a pleasant guy and in no time he had it all figured out. It need new ends on the cable hookups. just wanted to let you know that he explained everything so I could understand and answered all my questions. I am giving him a 5 star rating!!!!

Ethan from Sioux City and Israel from Des Moines came to fix our internet issues. They were polite and took care of all our connectivity problems (which included having to climb a silo to replace the dish). Great job!

Mark was our installer and he was great! Very informative and professional! Would highly recommend to others! We love our internet and our speeds for being out in the country!
