Hosting Ireland

worst registrar I've ever used. portal never works, rolling the dice on whether you will be able to update records. Sure they will ask you what records you're looking to update if you contact support about it, but thats unacceptable, I need to be able to change records whenever I want, not whenever their system decides to work. Will be transferring every domain I own out as soon as they expire, would recommend everyone to avoid!

I have been a Hosting Ireland customer for a number of years now and cannot fault the service one bit! Any issues or technical help I ever have the support crew are always on hand to help with my query no matter the case, always very patient and clear! Have a few domains registered with Hosting Ireland and do not have a single complaint. The team are very responsive and helped with setting up my domains with emails and website etc. I had an issue with my account and Lee from the technical team was so helpful and got the issue sorted within a few hours, can't say thank you enough!

As a first time website builder I cant recommend Hosting Ireland enough. Great customer service, easy to contact by phone and super helpful with any problems. These guys even pointed out that I'd bought a website package instead of just the domain and refunded me. Not often you find this kind of customer care these days.

Disappointed that personal circumstances (my 16 year marriage ending) weren't taken into account by Hosting Ireland when I asked for a refund. I know they're a business but would it really have been so difficult for them to refund me? One of their competitors (who I don't think I can name here), with whom I had a domain which I also needed to cancel for the same reasons, were nothing but helpful and had no problem refunding me. It's how companies treat you when you're down that matters. I won't be using Hosting Ireland again.

I applied for a basic hosting more than ten days ago. They've asked me once to have more information for security reasons, I answered, but since then... no news! I've followed up with them several times, but have received no response. I've lost my time, it's not the behavior of a professional company... To avoid if you need a serious hosting provider.

Hosting Ireland are a great hosting company with excellent support. They are always there to help whatever the situation. I have a number of websites hosted with them and I can highly recommend their quality and professionalism.

These lads are professional in every way possible. Already available for help. Rapid fast to solve issues if and when they occur and extremely polite to speak to. The best I have ever dealt with.
