Flipdish have been a great help and number one supporter of the restaurants I work with for the last few years. Not only are their products very powerful but they are easy to use, and they offer everything a restaurant needs so you dont need to deal with multiple vendors. On top of this, their team are a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Flipdish for restaurants.

Awful integration and 3-4 years on, we are still not off their system and orders come through, we don't get them, and the customers complain. Steer clear!!

Ordered from my local take away. Clicked to give a Tip, apparently the driver doesn't receive the tip , but it's kept by the resteraunt , I feel this option should be removed from resteraunts which dont look after their staff. Otherwise the APP is very good.

As soon as you put stuff in your basket consider it ordered. Doesn't even ssk you for your ccv if you've ever ordered before. Then no way to cancel order even though you didn't order! Problem with restaurant saying they don't send texts when the texts come from flipdish ie order 10 times get 20% off and restaurant won't honour it they won't help and say only deal with restaurant but restaurant won't honour it so they aren't going to contact flipdush so it's essentially a scam

Ordered from my local chipper, they moved online orders to flipdish recently, but the site will/does not recognise the eircode and there is no option to order for delivery without it. We've been using eircodes for a number of years now, I don't understand why there are still so many problems with new sites having no recognition of eircodes in use for years or adding an option to not use an eircode at all because it's being problematic and a normal address being just as easy to find on sat nav without an eircode.
