Our experience working with Marcos at Inch & Mile was absolutely wonderful. Our old website was extremely dated, difficult to navigate, and the furthest thing from user friendly possible. Marcos was incredibly attentive when we were describing what we wanted our website to be, and he transformed it from a clunky, vastly outdated website, to a slick, revenue-driven online home that we are incredibly proud to call our own. What's more, the tools that were provided to us to help manage the website upon completion were incredibly easy to follow, and have enabled us to maintain the website with ease using the WordPress functionality in the back-end of the website. In addition to that, he helped us build our first-ever Shopify online store for the sale of our retail and merchandise, as well as helping us set up our in-store point of sale system to help us manage our inventory. Before Marcos helped us set up our POS system, we had no idea what products we were selling in-store, and as such it was a far more difficult task to maintain appropriate stock levels than it is now. Since the implementation of the new online store and the in-store POS system, our average monthly revenue in the club shop has increased by over 42%. On top of that, our club shop income up to the month ended 30th September 2024 has increased by 55% from the same time in 2023. If you're looking for a new WordPress or Shopify website and are located in Dublin, we couldn't recommend Inch & Mile more highly. Marcos was always available to provide us with the support we needed, and has helped us transform our online experience from one of the worst in the country, to what we can now confidently say is the best customer journey and overall online experience in the League of Ireland.
