I have been dealing with the hosting pool since 2008 and have always found their service amazing. The other day I somehow managed to delete my entire email account and all of my emails..... a call to Paul & Pat had me up & running in no time with emails restored !! Amazing Service & No judgement .... Tks guys for saving my bacon AGAIN !!

Our position in search results on all search engines from Google , Bing and Yahoo has gone through the roof since we moved our website to this company.We appear at the top of page one for all related web searches related to our business.Before moving our website to The Hosting pool we were in nowhere land on page 12.Today we are Top Dog. Our business has more than doubled in a little over two years. The Hosting Pool provide support that is second to none, they always respond very quickly and resolve issues immediately. Their services were highly recommended to us by other satisfied clients and we have been very impressed with their friendly, professional approach.

Trusted the Hosting Pool to host my website and emails. They attempted to upgrade their server yesterday without informing their customers in advance. Then they encountered difficulties which caused their main server to crash and I've been left without any service for 31 hours at this stage. No communication has been received from them and they won't answer the phone. It's like they have just disappeared into thin air. As this is affecting my business I have had to move my domain to a different registrar and will be moving my emails as well. This will take a week to complete so all emails sent to my business during that time will be lost and the senders will think I'm ignoring them. Very unprofessional to treat customers like this. I regret ever using the Hosting Pool.
