HBJamaica Website Design

HB Jamaica has dissappointed in so many ways. They are punctual in collecting monies for the sevice but very tardy in delivering. Missed deadlines are a feauture of this company who often lay blame on system upgrades. Constant run around between sales rep and account manager. Take my foolish advice....Do Not!!!! engage this company to build your website, it is not worth the heartache, time or effort.

I engaged this organization to design my website June 11, 2024. They projected to deliver August 25, 2024. Today October 4, 2024 they have dishonored 4 of their own deadlines and seek to justify by sending email notifications of "mandatory system upgrades" that required them to reschedule. They followed up with me via telephone calls to pursue deposit on the job and there were telephone calls to discuss design and functions of the site; but no one from customer service / sales has reached out via telephone to address the missed delivery dates. I cannot recommend them.

I wish I could give negative stars. There has been about 6 delays so far and I still have not seen any evidence of these people working on a website for me after paying JA$100,000. They refuse to give me a refund despite no evidence of work product more than a month after the first deadline to produce a website draft! I'm still waiting on my website!!! I would never recommend this company. I'm upset I have to give them even one star to post this review to warn fellow entrepreneurs about this company. Look elsewhere! These people find every way not to feel accountable for their negligence and screw-ups, at the ready to point out their clauses. They think people are stupid! They ask you to provide info you want on your website and when they don't put the info on the website, they say they didn't have to, pointing to a clause in their invoice. This is INSANE!!! Ms Cole is utterly useless!!! STAY AWAY from this Company! UPDATE: What Lie?! At the time of my first Google review nothing was provided to me. I received the link to the FIRST DRAFT of the website minutes after I first posted this review. The website is still not yet completed, so YOU are lying. This response is another way for you to avoid taking responsibility for your laziness and lack of diligence. You are yet to provide anything I requested. That's a fact! I had to resubmit my material and pictures this morning to be placed on my website and I am awaiting corrections to be made that the company admitted to this morning after waiting over 4 months now for my website to be completed. I am still waiting. You attacking customers like this and providing an unfinished website for the public to view is grossly dishonest and unprofessional. How is it you are providing my website domain to the public and it is not yet finished nor has it been published? How professional is that? Why don't you focus on providing minimum "good" customer service and satisfaction and hope that the customer amends their reviews to a more positive one. But no. You have to deflect with lies. Horrible! Calling a customer a liar when you are the liar! How sad! Update (22/5/2024) - Now more than 2 months after the due date for the website completion and I'm still waiting on the first draft of my website. And this company will refuse to give you your money back. Never use this company, especially Ms. Cole. I feel compelled to warn others how terrible this company is.

I am so happy that my friend referred me to HBJamaica Website designs. Their level of professionalism and timely completion of our website really left me with great respect for their work. So, I also have them also maintain my website. I appreciated their designers keeping me in the loop with the progress and verifying that the work was done as I had envisioned. The prices for their websites are very competitive verses other sites, but their service is what puts them ahead for me. Thanks again HBJamaica and I will be sending more business your way.

I need to update my review. HB is by far the most challenging company to deal with. They consistently overlook emails but are quick to remind you when payments are due. Emails have gone unanswered since 2024. As if we do not exist. If you miss their deadline, they push you to the back of the queue. When confronted, their representatives respond with a disrespectful undertone, as if our frustration isn't justified.

I have been using your hosting service for over a year and I must say that your customer service is outstanding. When I call your Jamaica office with a query it is dealt with in a professional manner with friendly attitude and that usually calms me even if I feel like puffing and blowing the place down. Thanks for also communicating with me via if there is an issue or if your office is going to be closed on a regular business day. I would hate to call and not get a response. Follow up is important to me and I notice you respectfully do so by telephone calls or email, yes that is a plus in my book. Thanks HBJamaica, I am one of your satisfied customers who will recommend your services to anyone. Keep up the good work.

Being that I am a car dealer I was looking for a website design company that could channel exactly what i wanted for my website and HBJamaica did just that. When it comes on to professionalism and attention to details they always ensure that their customers are always satisfied. They have and amazing customer service team and a 24 hour support staff that is always on hand to answer any questions that I may have. I would definitely recommend HBJamaica to anyone looking for a clean and and professional website to be design. Keep up the good work guys.
