Highly skilled and technical engineer. I have even using them for years (with my iPhones: battery replacement and screen replacement and MacBook: repair circuit board with bad capacitors/resistors that was preventing it from charging battery) and I have always received great service. It's not often we find quality services and this is one to keep. I would recommend anyone with any mobile, pc or electronic equipment in need of repair or troubleshooting to check them out. Value for money!

I had an iPhone 11 with a damaged screen. I called to see if it can be done at Prismatic Technology. The customer service was great from the call until the repair. The repair didn't even take 10 mins. Grateful for the Prismatic Team

I am so grateful for Prismatic Technology, I brought my iPhone 14 Pro with a starting button issue and the back glass damaged, Prismatic Technology, customer service is A-Class. I got back my phone quickly, the other company I went to told me 48 hours before they look at my phone. I would recommend Prismatic Technology to everyone.

I was in desperate need to fix my iPhone 11 Promax screen and stumbled upon them searching and I am so glad I did, from the phone call to the visit, everything was so smooth. Brought in my IPhone 15 Pro Max to Prismatic to get the camera lens that was broken fix. Service was done in less than 15 mins. Cost was excellent and service was superb! Highly recommend

Definitely the place to get your phone repaired!! My iPhone 8 was not charging and I found Prismatic Technology on google and decided to try them out, and I must say I was soooo surprised! The environment was clean and so professional. The staff were kind and eager to help. I was able to get my phone repaired and working! I was very happy with my time there and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who would want to get their device repaired properly the first time in a professional environment! This service should have had 10 stars because they deserve it. I want to give a shot out to the engineer for an amazing job, and also the front desk personnel who treated me like family. have IPhone 13 Pro Max that was dead on arrival. everyone said i should call the funeral home to come pick it up. I took it everywhere except Prismatic Tech. They took my phone and brought it back to life. And the price was so unbelievable i couldn't believe it. I let from Ochi to Town not know what would happen but to my surprise they made my phone like brand knew again. I never knew there was an real Apple store in Kingston. The engineer did some Tim Cook kinda a repair that apple alone do them self. The engineer is the Tim Cook of Jamaica. The engineer must be related to Steve Jobs. I had a iPhone 13 Pro Max needed screen repair everywhere else I went and fixed it it mash up soon after BUT here it's solid they sell original screens and offer lifetime warranty, price is very reasonable the customer service is phenomenal I highly recommend as first choice before going anywhere else
