Bluebird Broadband

I called at 8:30am in the morning and had my install scheduled and service agreement started in around 5 minutes. By 1:00PM the same day my new internet was installed professionally (and it wasn't an easy install) and everything was working. I would recommend this service to anyone, especially if you have ever had to wait on the phone with a larger company that can't get you any answers or transfers you 5 times. Bluebird seems proud of their quality, small, independent, and very capable. Plus you get a human on the phone in seconds.

I gotta say, tech support was helpful but unfortunately, I had my fair share of internet outages nonstop. Even when it starts working again, it goes down again for a good while. I switched over to using hotspots after a decade of internet services that has been prone to multiple disconnects.

I live in an area that has ATT and Cox internet but they wouldn't come down our driveway. I have used ATT broadband cards and Verizon HomeFusion. These are all very restrictive, expensive for what little you get and less than dependable. When I called Bluebird they quickly came out to check for service (which I had) and then scheduled installation. Everyone was professional and helpful. Within a week i had Unlimited High Speed Internet. It works all the time, is reasonably priced and has been the speed advertised when I have checked. So nice! Thanks

How can you say internet anywere if your service is not in my rural area they keep installing towers were high speed internet is all ready available. Their website show pictures of rural areas but on the map it is mainly in town or two miles out side of town.
