They never have any promotions available. Internet price is kinda high for it to not be fast. I been with this company for over 4 years and I think I'm going to switch to AT&T. My bill is getting outrageous compared to other companies. And every time I ask if they have any promotions to help me with my bill they say they have nothing available. Will definitely be switching companies soon!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely avoid this company. I cancelled my internet service and was assured no more bills would come, but they are still charging me. I returned my equipment and fedex has the record of someone named "mbrandy" signing for it but weeks later there is no record of it being returned. This is an absolute scam. Next step is to report them to my CC for fraud. I would caution anyone from ever signing up. They make it very difficult to cancel and then scam you.

Only leaving one star because you can't leave zero. THE ABSOLUTE WORST Service and customer service. You get what you pay for. And actually it's more than you should pay for. I canceled my mobile service and found out later it was never canceled. After speaking to numerous "English is not my first language" customer service representatives, the problem was never resolved. NOW I'm currently on the phone AGAIN trying to figure out why my internet service was never canceled when I requested it WEEKS AGO and sent in the modem. This is the absolute WORST service.

We had signed up for the (Price For Life) in 2018 and never missed a payment and was always on time. Now they are telling us that they are no longer honoring this. This is considered a breach of contract. They are only doing this so they can charge more.

Update: I called the number that was listed on the generic reply below, and what do you know- It didn't connect me to anyone, just the same automated message as always. Horrible customer service experience. I was in town helping my grandparents who wanted to cancel their tv subscription, but keep their internet. The rep on the phone (not local, because there is absolutely no local number to talk to someone directly with the store) proceeds to try a sales pitch for her to keep her cable rather than just cancel. Then, she was put on hold multiple times while the guy continuously said "one moment." It is so disappointing that there is not a local number to call and receive help. The request was simple, cancel the tv, keep the internet. Then, he tried to bargain a price at $150 for internet, when there are promotions for $60 and below for internet only. My grandparents have been customers for 8 years, very disappointing.

DO NOT GET OPTIMUM!! Worse decision I've ever made!!! This is absolutely horrible. A total scam. For one, they increase my bill from $110 to $165 bc of some bs credit that they took off and there's no way of getting it back bc it's randomly generated (whatever that means). And at the Bossier city location, I ended up returning my cable boxes thinking i was cancelling my service (silly me right). But only to find out a month later on my next bill I'm still getting charge for cable that I don't even have (makes sense right). I want to state that I was not told I have to call some random number before hand to disconnect before bringing the boxes in. SHAME ON OPTIMUM FOR STEALING MONEY!!! I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS. SCAMMERS!!! Going to AT&T next month :)

I went there because the out of country order taker only put us down for two TV's rather than the 10. Installer showed up with only two boxes! I called three times and was transferred around to different people to try to get help. I got frustrated and went to the office thinking it would be better. I sat in there over 30 minutes waiting and finally had to leave without getting any help. I am seriously considering canceling their service and switch to AT&T for Internet and Direct TV for cable. I just cannot do this.
