Rex has saved my butt multiple times! Usually, I am in a jam at work with multiple computer issues. He always manages to get my shop computers back up & running in a very timely manner. He always makes sure I understand the issues in terms I can understand. I would highly recommend Rex to anyone! Thank you again Rex!

Rex has saved my technology-challenged self multiple times. He is fast and incredibly talented with all platforms. My most recent issue he was able to handle via remote access and my computer never left my desk; on another issue he refurbished my eight year old Mac so now it runs the most up to date OS and is like new. Could not be more pleased with his service.

I live several states away from Rex but I called him right away when I had a problem with my MacBook Pro. He was very knowledgeable about Apple's policies and directed me to one of their pages that described my problem. Long story short, Apple was aware of the problem I was having and fixed my laptop free of charge even though it was out of warranty. If I hadn't contacted Rex I would've never known and who knows how much I would've paid to have it fixed. He also told me what kind of RAM to buy for my upgrade. Although we share the same last name we've never met in person so this wasn't some kind of family thing. :-). Rex was very patient and explained everything to me and I would highly recommend him for any of your computing needs.

Rex is ridiculously knowledgeable. His expertise knows no bounds, and his willingness to get you through a glitch is immeasurable. My experiences have mostly been software related, but his hardware knowledge appears to be equally excellent. If you've got a problem, let Rex solve it. He's "that guy."

Rex was quick on the spot when I asked which scanner/printer he recommended for the Law office I work for. We scan tons of documents everyday and I needed something that would work circles around the big old commercial printer/copier/scanner. Thanks to his recommendation I am the soon to be proud user of the Fujitsu desktop scanner. Rex is always spot on and quick with his help!! Thanks Rex! Keep up the awesome work!!

Rex has helped me on several occasions. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. The help I needed wasn't major, but Rex treats everyone as if their problem is important to him. I highly recommend him.

My experience working with Rex has for the most part been audio-video. In this capacity I would define him as a high tech Guru who turns out polished work at an incredible pace. Highly recommend.
