Pelican Broadband

I have had excellent service from these kind folks since they first installed fiber cable in my area a few years ago. From the first day on, the service has been excellent, with download and upload speeds equal to or exceeding what was promised. Uptime is also excellent, with only a few measuring more than 5 minutes over the past several years. Another greatly appreciated feature is that my bill is always just the amount I was originally quoted, to the penny, with no added junk fees. What a refreshing change from most other providers I have dealt with in the past. The very few times I have needed to contact then for a question or a technical problem, the response was immediate and they quickly took care of whatever issue I had. For instance, I did change my service several times (download speed, phone service, etc.,) and the response was "Yes sir, we'll take care of it!" And they did, quickly, with no arguing or upselling. They just gave me what I needed, no fuss, no bother. But that's what you get when you deal with a local company, just Good Friendly Service!!

I absolutely love the service. The weather never gives an issue, anytime they have to do service to the lines it's always late at night so you never know, the price is fantastic for what you get, and the technical customer service is so nice. I recommend them to everyone I can in my area.

The customer service is phenomenal! Whilst the service on the other hand it not great at all. I have to reboot more times in a week then I care to admit for $120+ a month most months. On top of the fact that I was made to get a landline. It wouldn't be my first choice but I would recommend it.

Service is great. When all my neighbors internet service with another company I am still up and running. Anytime I have had any issues I have had very good response time. Just hoping for fiberoptic cable soon.

I get fast reliable service. I use the internet to stream my movies and television shows while also surfing the internet. The kids are on TikTok and u-tube all day with friends and it's never slow. It doesn't slow down until I have more than 7 objects using the data.

The men and women of Pelican Broadband have weathered the changes of management/ownership over the years because everyone of their "Boots on the Ground (or Bucket truck, or behind the screen tech" team) is excellent at what they do. They have guided, suggested, and/or fixed us 100% of the time over the past 10 years, and we could not be more pleased.

Pelican Boardband recently took over Epic Touch and has done a phenomenal job. They have lowered our monthly cost and kept the same fast great speed. Thankful for them!

The internet reliability has been nothing short of amazing, even with the numerous wireless devices we use at home. In a world where dependable internet is crucial, Pelican Broadband has exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend!
