They are professional and courteous were always available for any support we needed. They also developed a protocol type iPhone application that allowed customers to view art in the gallery on their own walls at home. Ben from NOLAGRAPHICS is the best. I was stuck for hours trying to up my memory limit in my wp-config file of WordPress and this guy got into my hosting provider and updated it for me for every site on my server. I can't believe how fast he was. I tried calling my current hosting provider and I was waiting on hold to speak to someone for an hour. I messaged Ben because I know him from the neighborhood where I live, hoping he could help and boy did He. He also happened to tell me He runs his own hosting company with servers He owns. He even sent me a video of him walking out of his office into the data center to prove it. I have been doing web development for over 20 years but every once in a while I get stuck and Ben and the NOLAGRAPHICS team are now my point of contact for anything that is out of my realm. Talked to them about getting some info for a website I needed to built and they were very helpful. They gave me more than enough information that helped me dearly. Also they were very polite and were able to explain certain information to a level of understanding with extraordinary patience.

Marc Juneau of NolaGraphics has our deposit, I've met with him once, now I have nothing to show for the experience and can neither get a call back from him nor find an office for them.
