Prior to discovering Jerry, I had other IT "professionals" come out and after 2-3 hours, my computer was worse off then when they started. Thankfully, I found Jerry on Facebook and when he came out, he only needed an hour or less to resolve all of my issues and at a very fair price. He was on time, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Since I was more than happy with him, I had him set up some e-mails for family members and in true Jerry fashion, he took care of that promptly. After paying a lot of money to DELL , having to wait for tech support & then to be told I'd have to send my computer in & pay a lot more money ..... I became frustrated. This happened while I was away, so when I returned back to town , I contact Jerry & his team. After calling several places and describing my problem, Scroggin Networks and Computer Repair was the only company to take my business. My problem occurred during a planned power outage and as a result my network went offline. I use an external Seagate hard drive to store and access all my music and movies (I have about 5,000 cds stored on this plus many movies). I usually accessed my movies via my blu ray player so I had everything at my fingertips. Well, after explaining my problem the other companies simply said they do not do any work that involves TVs or Blu Rays. I was really happy when I spoke with Jerry (Scroggin Networks and Computer) over the phone. He seemed like he knew exactly what my problem was. I hired him, and with in an hour, he was at my house diagnosing and researching the issue. He fixed it and gave me some really great tips and advice. Jerry very methodically determined that the motherboard on my 5-year-old computer was shot. Time for a new computer. Together we chose top quality parts for a new build. They arrived quickly and he was done in less than a day. The new one is smaller, quieter, has more storage, and seems twice as fast, all at a price about a third of the old one! And NO DATA LOST!
