Horrible company to work with. This company had a salesperson that lied to me and got a good amount of money from me and promised some things that never happened and that the company never had. I then reached out to the owner of the company Chris and discussed the issue which I thought he was going to resolve but never did. They are horrible about communication as well. Since then, I have emailed the owner several times to get. The remaining payments that is owed to me from the company and now the owner has completely stopped emailing me and the company's technical side has stopped emailing me. Very disappointed. Stay clear from. This company stay clear from.

1.31.2024 - I have reached out several times to discuss unauthorized charges made on my account by social owl. Unfortunately, I cannot receive the same level of customer service I received when I signed up. This is very disheartening that no one is assisting. Please be careful!! I may edit my update once I am contacted and taking care of like a customer. Social Owl is the most sophisticated platforms available today. I have been with Social Owl over a year now and their support, training, and software is top notch. They are very responsive to questions you have, knowledgeable about their product and have wonderful communication on a continual basis. Their systems are amazingly easy, very intuitive and save a tremendous amount of time. I have been working with SocialOwl for years. The platform is very robust and exceptional to fully manage a social media marketing and management business. I have compared it with other platforms many times and it far outweighs in all areas. The technical support is awesome with direct messaging available and great communication. The development team and marketing team is consistently offering new technology and features. Quick review -- I found SocialOwl while searching for a white label solution for my agency. With the top of the line technology and automation, I multiplied my current clients by 5x -- and the best part, I didn't have to hire any additional staff. This platform and technology are legit. Jim is the real deal and he personally teaches you how to sell. Good luck finding another Co-Founder to do that.

First off, I have to say that I did some major digging into social media marketing software, processes, opportunities, etc. and once I found Social Owl, it was clear that this was the opportunity to pursue. The software is easy to use, streamlines so many processes, and most importantly...it is a cost effective tool for business owners to leverage for growth. To have the opportunity to run your own business with the amount of freedoms that Social Owl gives you in licensing is awesome. So many new business opportunities don't give you the freedom to brand your business, name your price points, create your own website, and...at the end of the day...really design your road to success. Social Owl does. Once you purchase the licensing, you are free to roam about the social marketing world and flourish. Probably the biggest kudos I have to give to Social Owl is the team behind the scenes. Brian, Justin and the rest of the support and set up team were an invaluable asset to me upon getting things off the ground. No question was too silly and never did they make me feel like a burden or bother. If you're itching to be your own boss and use the 'tools' and 'toys' that we all already use everyday (Facebook, Twitter, etc) to help small and local businesses grow and flourish all while making money yourself....then I strongly recommend giving Social Owl a go. Social owl has been a great addition to my business. I worked with Jim B, who was very hands on at getting my onboarded with the new platform. Within the first couple weeks I already had new businesses as clients.
