Will Get IT Done provides excellent computer service! I had a serious computer problem that I couldn't resolve so made an appointment with the Geek Squad. They weren't able to resolve the problem in the appointment time and suggested I'd have to leave my computer for further work to try to find and resolve the issue. I urgently needed my computer so searched for a computer repair business in the community. I saw that Will Get IT Done was well rated, and the price for rush service was reasonable. I was greatly relieved to get a service appointment at my home the next day. The Will Get IT Done agent diagnosed and fixed the problem within minutes! After hearing about the problem, he knew exactly where to find and correct it. Needless to say, I was relieved and impressed! I will be using this company for any future problems I may have with my computer and/or printer.

The technician who checked me in, was pleasant and informative! He indicated that it was an older laptop and shared that I would probably need a new hard drive and i might need more RAM. He stated that he would take a look and get back to me to tell me what my options were. I didn't hear from anyone from this company until the work was completed and they wanted me to pick the laptop up. I had no idea what work had been done! When I received a call to pick up the laptop I was just told the cost would be $400. When I asked what work was needed, I was told he would have to contact the technician and get back to me. When I picked up my laptop, the clerk was nonchalant, no pleasantries, no comment about standing behind their work. The work itself has been great. My laptop had been working slowly. I was unable to print or get quickly from one site to another. I even had difficultly checking email. Now my "older" laptop moves from one site and function to another. I am very happy with the work that was done. But, the communication and customer service needs to be improved. It was frustrating not to know what work was needed prior to the work being completed where I might have an option about whether I wanted the work completed.

I highly recommend these guys for any of you IT needs. My persona lPC crashed and mad I was not able to access or find any saved documents, downloads, etc. They were able to retrieve all data and get me back in business. They stand by there work and word. Truly saved the day for me.

Jonathan from Will Get IT Done fixed my unusable HP Laptop in less than a day. The laptop was breached by an unknown laptop scammer pretending to be from Microsoft. I highly recommend Jonathan and Will Get It done if you're having any computer issues.

I had a weird, gnarly connection problem that NO ONE at four other sources, including Apple/Mac and the subject website, could help me with. I kept looking for a solution for 4 weeks. Finally remembered Will Get I.T. Done. Was completely nervous because this was my last chance to get this resolved. Jonathan was so friendly and professional. He worked and worked and after over a serious hour of effort was able to find a work-around that solved my problem. He never wanted to give up! I was amazed he continued to bear with me and did not surrender like everyone else did at all the other outlets. He even called me in the evening on his own time to make sure it was working for me. I couldn't have asked for any better effort and a resolution at last. Totally happy and highly recommend!
