Chetu is a Great company. It was really nice experience with them, really appropriated.

Not recommended. We were in talks with them to design a new website for us to the tune of three separate Zoom calls and several email exchanges over the course of nearly two months. We had progressed to the point where we had engaged their development team to discuss costs and timeframes for development, implementation, and rollout. At the end of our last meeting with their sales and development team, when we asked for references of previous clients and examples of their work we could visit, they became noticeably evasive and kept side-stepping the request. When pressed on it, they made an excuse that they have mutual NDAs with clients so they couldn't provide contact information or direct us to websites they'd worked on, just a link to a page on their website with cropped screenshots of emails people had sent, names and companies redacted, saying what a great job they'd done. No way to verify the authenticity of these and no examples of their work. A few days after, in a follow-up email with their sales rep, I asked again, saying we needed references to proceed. At that point they went silent and essentially walked away. That's not to say they told us that they decided against picking up the project, I mean they basically ghosted us. I've no idea why this would be a problem, it a perfectly reasonable request to want to talk to previous clients and see some of your work, especially when you're considering paying someone tens of thousands of dollars to develop a website. Short version, they seem super sketchy, if you look into them, be forewarned.

They hounded us for development work. Vicki, their National Account Manager was extremely arrogant, pushy and in no way customer friendly. We were considering working with this company but she did nothing but make us decide to go in another direction. If this is how they treat customers before working with them, I'd hate to see how existing customers are treated. Also strange that a big internet company like this has zero google reviews? Sorry but no thanks.
