I've been working with the Market-Hardware team for years. They're always knowledgeable, professional and responsive to my requests. The latest rebuild of my website once again exceeded expectations (AppleLLC.net), basically merging two separate websites seamlessly! They have done an excellent job of becoming a valuable resource for the garage door industry, especially since they've worked hard at understanding how our members work and their online marketing needs. Market Hardware has been amazing! We met Doug Schatz at a conference over a year ago and he helped build the website for River Road Veterinary Hospital in New Orleans. The old website was virtually useless. The new website is great looking and we love how it works on both a PC and our phones. It has really increased our web presence and our clientele has grown accordingly. We pop up on Google searches for vets in our area and we are proud of how professional it is. Market Hardware did an incredible job of capturing the feeling of warmth and hospitality of our small clinic. Clients who have been around for years love it too! For years I created and maintained my own website in Wordpress or other, but I realized looking at competition that it was not professional enough and I needed a better SEO plan. The team at Market Hardware in Bethesda surpassed my expectations. It was hard for me at first to let go of the design and structure but it turned out to be the best decision of the year. The brainstorming and creation process was fun and they had great control over the planning and drafting which gave me peace of mind. I worked with the same person for the creation of my website (Lisa) and the end result turned out to be better than I even imagined. I also signed up for their SEO plan and I now get monthly reports on improvements from Joe. The valuable office time I am saving for not having to deal with website issues, structure and SEO is the cherriy on the pie. Why did I not hire them years ago?!
