DC Web Designers

We had a great deal of difficulty with DC Web Designers in building a functional, user-friendly, healthcare-related site. Problems included a disorganized and confusing interface and page narration, and slow loading times, which resulted in negative client feedback. There also appeared to be incidents of billing for services not rendered or explained. We ultimately had to both hire an attorney and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to address these problems.

We hired DC Web Designers about 7 months ago to redo our website. Working with Mark was a very painless process as he seemed to understand what we wanted our brand to look like through our site. We definitely had a lot of our own input into the creation of the site since we are very picky, and Mark was flexible with all of the requests. 7 months later, the phones won't stop ringing and we're wearing out our sales team from inbound leads. And the best part, the quality of the leads has gone way up too. Between the SEO and the UI, our business is being found and clients love what we're showing online.

These guys overcharged me and Nickle and dimed me the whole project. They lacked the creative vision they said they had and never even did the copy editing I paid for - and instead made me do it. Now that the project is over they won't return my calls to give me the login details for the 12+ thousand dollar project I paid for. I have no idea how these guys are in business.
