I absolutely love Datastream. We switched to Datastream from another provider and I could not be happier. The phones are great and very user friendly. Erik Doll is our Account Manager and he is very attentive to our needs. He is great to work with and has been a godsend for me in my new position. I strongly recommend Datastream and Erik to anyone!!!!

We've had our service with DataStream since Sept of 2016. The process from the beginning went quite smoothly, especially compared to the previous disastrous dealings I had with other phone companies. I worked with Erik and he knew I was nervous about doing a switch since our company had had bad experiences in the past. He walked us through everything and the switch over was painless. A few tweaks and we were up and running. It took a few days to get used to the system but we've had no issues since our service began. I had a few questions while learning but I never had any issues getting answers from the staff at DataStream. We are definitely glad we made the switch!

Datastream has made it possible for me working at a Managed Service Provider to rapidly deploy phone systems with ease. The customer service and technical support is second to none. When I call them I get someone on the phone immediately to begin working with me on quotes, services, etc... Erik and the team at Datastream make deploying a phone system simple and easy.

My company has DataStream as the phone provider at our HQ office. We really like the service, so when we opened another office location in 2015, we returned to DataStream for help with the phones. WHENEVER WE NEED TO MAKE A CHANGE OR REQUEST SOMETHING ERIK AND RANDY ARE THE BEST! Our experience with DataStream was a smooth transition in August 2015 to the current day. Erik and Randy have been extremely helpful and whenever there has been a problem there are no delays in getting the system or phone, or question resolved. They have always been available, even at later hours, since our office works later than most. We have been extremely satisfied with the service and equipment from the start. I would highly recommend DataStream to business associates. The experience has been A+.

We called for a quote on VOIP phones and Data Stream came to our office to demonstrate the phones and services offered. The representative was very thorough and explained everything in terms a non phone person would understand without talking down to anyone. They provided printed instructions for all our staff members and additional instructions for a home office setup. Services and phones were installed and up and running in just a few hours with almost no impact to our staff. The customer service is excellent and we are VERY happy to have moved our phone service to DataStream. We would recommend DataStream services and phones to any of our family, friends and clients.

Datstream has been servicing several clients of mine for the last 4+ years. They have been very responsive, usually a 20 minute turnaround call back, excellent customer service, and cares about their clients. Highly recommend to everyone, you wont be disappointed.

The staff at Datastream Communications are professional and are always willing to assist me. We have been with them since February 2017 and they are quick to respond to issues, questions, and suggestions. Their extensive knowledge about telecommunications is priceless.
