One of their drivers was tailgating me through Williamsport today while I was doing the 50 MPH speed limit. He then passed me making gestures and I snapped a photo of the license plate. You can even see in the photo he was turned around snapping photos of me while he was supposed to be driving and looking forward. Not safe on the roads and I would definitely not feel safe having this person in my home.

Super easy and Transparent to get everything set up. Lois did a fantastic job walking me through my options and letting me know all of the details upfront. She was also very pleasant to speak with which can be hard to come by these days.

I called to get new service and worked with Alaina she was great very informative, kind, and answered all my questions. She kept in touch and followed up with my situation. The world would be a better place if all customer service agents was as pleasant and thorough as she is.... We have been with Antietam Cable for many years and have always experienced great service. Alaina exceeded these expectations with listening to my current needs and helping to guide me in the right direction. I need better communication about the process of installing cables in my yard. 3 monthd aho you dug holes and put a green cap on. The top has been loosened and no bolts are keeping it down. I only found 1 bolt in the dirt. Can someone take care of this? We are worried ants will take up residence underneath. We also received a door sign saying you will be restoring the ground back to it's original grass. Are you coming to remove the rocks and plant grass seed or are you expecting me to do this? Lastly the cables near the power box are crossing perpendicular over the power lines. This was prior to supervision of the diggers. Can someone please assess the situation so we don't have a future incident? Thank you in advance for your help. I just received a sign-up mailer and I am excited about your wifi services.

Set up was hassle-free when I signed up via phone 2 years ago. Quick & easy installation & gentleman was polite. Cancellation was just as easy turned my equipment in to Ashley at the store location & she had it handled in less than 2 minutes. *****
