I've worked with the team at Mosaic for two years now and am always impressed by how prompt and helpful they are. Our print requests typically come in at the last minute and Alanna, Sophie and the rest of the team have never let us down! They are warm, quick to respond and take the time to discuss options and pricing with us, with (and this is so great!) options for more environmentally friendly and sustainable printing! When we've been in a crunch, they've gone out of their way to deliver copies on a weekend to a colleague's house so she could have them in time for a flight. I've never had a negative experience with the team and plan to continue using them.

I've used Mosaic for printed/swag items (pens, fleeces, etc) and really appreciate their customer service and flexibility. Deepthi listened to the specific kind of pen we were interested in and delivered stellar options to pick and choose from each round for us to whittle down our final selection. Love these pens!
