The UPS Store

I have to give this place 5 stars all the way. I have collaborated with the Owner's wife, Candice for business, and while visiting the Greater Boston area, I stopped by. They are by far the busiest UPS Store I have ever seen. Tom was incredibly helpful, and provided lots of laughs! Kevin was fast, accurate, professional, and overall, extremely helpful. I'm glad I made the time to stop in. I have no idea how they candle handle all that volume. Great job guys! Keep up the good work!

I always have a positive experience at this UPS Store! The owner, Kevin, could teach a course on customer service... he's that good. What I appreciate most is the ability to drop off whatever I need shipped and they properly package it up for me. A real time saver!

Kevin and Uncle Tom at UPS Store 2646 on 9 Bartlet St, Andover, MA are fantastic. They continually have a positive and helpful attitude. Every package is handled with care and arrives most times before the expected delivery date. I look forward to working with them when I ship packages out to my kids at college. They make shipping convenient by saving the addresses so it saves time. Thank you Kevin and Uncle Tom.

Kevin is amazing at what he does. I found my first visit to the UPS store to be extremely pleasant. They are truly professional and make sure to listen to every individual clients' personalized needs and goals. Kevin makes sure to check to make everything carefully curated before he devices plan for packaging and best shipment. I feel so comfortable, knowing that my shipments are in good hands!! Even living in the greater Boston area, I am no longer going anywhere else after being referred to this store recently. The choice is yours so pick the best!!!!! You will NOT be disappointed!!!!

Just had the sweetest interaction at my local UPS store today! The employee who helped me took the time to ask how my day was going and if there was anything else she could assist with. The kindness and attentiveness of UPS workers never ceases to amaze me. Even on their busiest days, they always greet you with a smile and genuine concern. I'm so grateful for the hard work they put in, especially during the holiday rush. It's the little things that make a big difference.

We arrived on a whim and it made my day. Tom saw I had some bowls, that were my Mother's, that needed wrapping and packaging. He was very thoughtful and thorough and amazing. I'm so glad we stopped in.

This is my favorite UPS store. They make my neighborhood better by being here. The service is great! The employees are friendly and efficient. They know how to deal with unusual stuff and get it packed up right.

Kevin is always so helpful with my packages and this place is always a great experience! 10/10 customer service! Very efficient. Will be a forever client!
