John came out on very short noticed and handled some crazy connectivity issues I had with a variety of printers and peripherals. He also cleaned up my computer and got it running quicker and even networked my laptop to my PC. Great service and very knowledgeable tech.

John did a wonderful job getting a hardwired network set up in our tricky old colonial house. He was responsive, patient and came up with solutions to problems we did not know we had. Highly recommend.

I have hired John in the past for my I.T. needs but today he really went above and beyond the call of duty. When a large national tech company botched a simple update and backup of my home computer they deleted crucial mail and folder functions and then were unable to restore my data. I knew I had to contact an expert and called John on Thursday afternoon and explained the problem. He immediately put me at ease and scheduled a visit for early next afternoon. Come on, who comes out on a Friday afternoon call on the North Shore? John arrived promptly and went to work resolving the problem. His skills were immediately apparent again as he diagnosed the issue and diligently restored all of my data and mail functions within ninety minutes. He saved me long hours of work and left me a very happy customer. I can only recommend John for all of your I.T. needs and concerns. He is a skilled and professional technician who has my utmost respect and gratitude.

My Microsoft Surface had Black Screen .Esentially dead.John from North Shore IT came to my house,.Picked up the device. He had it back to me in about 36 hours. Fixed and working again. He made the trip to my home and delivered the Surface!!Great service. I would Highly recommend North Shore IT.

Outstanding experience with North Shore IT! John is a wiz and was able to setup a solid firewall and backup internet infrastructure for our office. He was always available when needed and worked hard to resolve any issues as they arose during the project. Would highly recommend to small and medium sized businesses!

After a recent problem with my PC this company and John the tech person were able to restore my computer and added new features to allow a longer life of the PC. When my system crashed I was worried that I had big trouble, it was an older laptop, with a lot of stuff on it, and I had not been diligent in having everything backed up. I called North Shore IT, dropped it off with John, and he saved the day for me, he was able to get all of my files back. Recently had John upgrade me to Windows 10 and into a new laptop, he got me a reconditioned machine; great machine, great price, great service. Johns a great guy to work with, someone you can trust.
