I am a happy customer with Fisherman website. My catering website called "SHAKA'S CUISINE" looks amazing, professional, and appealing. The pricing was very good and the staff were willing to work with me to accommodate my wishes for my website. The customer service representative Mariya was very pleasant, attentive, professional, and helped me to get my website content in the order I requested. The technical staff was great with designing my catering website from the colors, style of templates, and the wording of each section listed. everything was created and published in a timely fashion. After months of confusing and inadequate support from other digital media outlets I decided to rein it in and go back to the source. Fisherman has been hosting my domain for years but I was not aware of their development and maintenance talents. Out of all the "tech" organizations we work with in the resturaunt industry from POSs, website, social media, multiple delivery services, and the amount we have paid the best bang for our buck is Fisherman! On top of the reasonable cost, they have the best customer service I have experienced in just about any realm of my life experience. Extremly responsive, very patient, even when I am working through menu issues and get frustrated and "snarky' and well even rude according to my business partner, the representatives (Mariya in particular) has remained professional, calm and gets the requests handled. I would highly recomend any small business to use Firsherman for their website. I have dealt with many website companies in my career (different positions) and now as a business owner, I can not ever give Fisherman the praise they deserve. They should launch a customer service training program because so many companies out there would benefit! If I could give them a higher score, I would.

No one answer the phone
