118Group assisted us with our organization's rebranding project, creating a new logo and website for our nonprofit. They were excellent to work with, patient (it was a longish process which was completely due to our side's slowness in decision making), and proactive with communication. We were thrilled with all of the design work! Their development team hit a small glitch as they had to incorporate a separate software package we'd purchased and that presented some challenges, but they were able to solve the problems and integrate the software smoothly into the rest of the website's design. We have received so many compliments on the new site since it launched last month! (I should add that one of the reasons we selected 118Group was because one of our members had previously used them for a similar project and was equally delighted with the results.) Deeper dive: We have membership directory functionality integrated into our website (which 118Group did NOT design -- they stepped in admirably to provide hosting, maintenance and security, so don't blame/credit them for the design). The directory disconnected in mid-December. Four emails to the CRM support team went unanswered. I reached out to 118Group for a lifeline -- the first contact I've had as the 1-month-old Executive Director -- and both the CEO and CTO stepped in and stepped up. They patiently but very persistently engaged the CRM support team to demonstrate with perfect clarity that the CRM system had broken the integration. After three exchanges, the CRM team finally figured out that adding a column in their API to account for references to both "X" and Twitter had broken the connection. When 118Group provided an updated file with one more column for X, our directly repopulated within minutes.

118Group was fast to work with, immediately adopted our vision and brand themes, and delivered a website that checked all of our boxes within the timeframe specified. After filling out their intensive discovery documents, we basically sat back and saw our brand represented perfectly online. Their feedback tools were easy to use and we never had to give feedback twice. All changes were implemented correctly and accurately. For all this, we got a more functional and better designed website than our previous one for about half the cost. We will be using 118Group for all of our web development needs moving forward, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Our small non-profit organization based on Cape Cod was looking to update our old website. It looked antiquated and we inherited many legacy issues that affected us editing and updating the site properly and with ease. I spoke to Dylan Steven at some point prior to September 6, 2023. He saved me a ton of time by clearly and immediately communicating that I was not his customary client. On September 7, 2023, he introduced me to Shane Skinner, who is a great web designer. Even though we did not work together, it was a great, brief interaction.

Team 118 completed a complete rebranding of our website, with a new logo, new functionality, user-friendly navigation, and punchy visuals. Dylan and Hannah are ultra-responsive, talented, engaging and fun people to work with. This is the second time we've engaged Team 118 to build a site for us and we'll be long term clients for all future web marketing needs.
