Dave, Sharon, and Megan are absolutely to notch! They are always fast, efficient and kind. I have worked with them in numerous projects on commercial business deals and private and they always go the extra mile to make sure I will be happy with the product I receive.

The new trainee was wonderful! She had a bubbly spirit and was very knowledgeable about the operation of the fax machine operation! I'm glad I went back after the last great experience I had there with another great girl shipping package and she also steered us right! Great place!

I've had package delivered to this site before from a wine company. They refuse my package this time. I called and tried to use their service to find out why they refused the package. And all I got caught. Was it an AI loop. Their system is incapable of understanding the need to speak with a human. It kept hanging up on me because I couldn't give them a package number that they weren't accepting in the first place. Their system is horrible. They need to get humans that work for them.

Bad service. No respect, no responsibility. Took me $118 for the package did not deliver but did not want to refund. I can't understand why best quality service like Fedex but having the very bad manager working for them in this location. He did not even check my package status and the issue. He only told me to call customer service. When they charged me for the service they were very nice but when we have any issue they just ignore and no responsibility. Very bad service in this location

Update again: Awesome experience every time I've gone since. Super friendly employees, fast service. Ian in particular is the definition of awesome customer service. Update: Last 2 times I went was great. Friendly people and very short wait. Updating my star rating. Old Review: Understaffed. Waited like 20 minutes to pick up a package. Line grew to 5 people deep.

Went in yesterday to ship out a few items. The staff were both busy in the back so we grabbed a box and got everything ready to go. When the woman came out to help us check out she nicely let us know that the box we grabbed was the wrong one and that in the future we'd need to use a different one. Totally fine! My girlfriend let her know that she had been told to grab that one/ wasn't sure since it was her first time there and was sorry for the mix-up. The man, who we weren't even speaking with, comes out of nowhere and sarcastically says "I don't care if that is what you were told, she's telling you you can't use those boxes." Yet again we apologize and ask what he'd like us to do. He gets ruder and more sarcastic saying "I just told you, you can't use those boxes, next time you need to pay for one. That's what she is telling you and that's what you need to do. okayyyyy?!?" All the while shaking his head and bouncing up and down like an angry man-child. We weren't being combative. We weren't trying to start an argument. We were literally having a conversation with the woman who looked very uncomfortable by the end of everything. What a wild ride. We definitely won't be back in the future. The only thing making this 2 stars is the fact that the manager was very receptive to our feedback this morning.

Excellent responsive staff everyday. Always helpful as soon as I walk in the door. This place is always kept well clean and fully stocked with supplies and everything else we need. 5 star rating all the way. Keep up the great customer service ladies and gentlemen.

The website and the sign on the door said they were open till 8:00 pm. I got there at 6:00 pm and found the door locked. Two people were inside working (and working hard to avoid eye contact w/ me). I knocked on the window and when I finally got the attention of one of the employees, he just shook his head. .... If a store has to close early, they should at least have the decency to put a temporary sign on the door apologizing for the inconvenience. I won't be back there any time soon. UPS got my business tonight.
