I have worked with Plum since 2020 and we've had an amazing experience with them. Their pricing is great and their customer service is unmatched! Jennifer is my contact, and she is absolutely fantastic. She always responds quickly and she goes out of her way to make sure things are perfect for our company. I trust her fully and highly recommend Plum to others!

This firm uses very old data to produce direct mail lists essentially stealing money from unsuspecting clients. They provide a mailing list containing my mother's name to a financial firm. She passed away four years ago so there is absolutely no way this "marketing firm" is cleaning and deduping data against any death suppression files or they are purposely reselling very old mailing lists. Either way, it's fraudulent and they do not care. Please find a real marketing firm that answers your questions, stands by their work and wants you to be successful. Plum Marketing just wants to line their pockets with your hard earned advertising dollars. They'll take and waste every one of those dollars for you.

I am a small business owner and have been searching over the past 3 years for a marketing company that will do what they say they can do. I found that with Plum Direct Marketing. Not only were they reasonably priced; they went above and beyond with creating a new shop logo and building a website worthy of my business. They are also doing an outstanding job with social media promotions and adds for me. It was 3 years, 3 different websites and thousands spent but I am glad to say it was worth it to find Plum Marketing and get the results I have gotten!

I hired Plum Direct Marketing to create a website for my business. From the very beginning, I was extremely clear as to what I wanted my website to look like. I provided photos, template examples, etc. A month later, I received the "completed" product. It was the most unprofessional website I've ever seen. There were numerous grammar and spelling errors, they did not include one photo or piece of information I provided them, even my contact information was entered incorrectly. After I expressed my concerns I was a told it would take 3 days to re-do it. The only updates that were made were the font colors (which I never even requested). They advised me to put fake reviews for my biz online which I would never do. There is no doubt the positive reviews you find on their business were created by people within the company. I requested a refund for services not rendered (not to mention I lost business from not having marketing). They were extremely unsympathetic and refused to refund me due to the fact it was "subscription-based." Yet, they did not fulfill one item which was listed on the "subscription." Plum Direct Marketing is by far the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with.

I worked with Plum on a team logo and summer camp mailers and was so impressed that I referred Plum to my mom to build a website and make business cards for her floral business. The team raised the bar on this one! Because of the team's innovation and willingness to hear her vision, Plum created a website that stands out and surpasses other local wedding vendors. Plum also educated us on brand recognition and the importance of carrying our identity beyond the website. Both my mom and I genuinely enjoyed our time with Plum. DJ, Mitch, and Liz are true gems!

I was taken in by this company's promises. They failed miserably and did not deliver. I was charged initially $750 to build a website. Before the site was even finished I was charged $750 again on a monthly charge. But the site was still not finished. I finally received a unfinished version of the site which looked amateurish. I was completely shocked at the what they were trying to pass for a custom website. It looked like a template from Go Daddy. The wording was ridiculous. Their response was we will lighten up the pictures. I canceled on April 3rd in a email. I was charged another $750 on April 7. When I asked for a refund the response was the email came to late to stop the charge. I will go to my bank with copies of the correspondence to get my refund. This company did not do quality work on my site. Amateurish at best. I was very disappointed in not only the product they produced but their response to my complaints, and how they handle a dissatisfied customer. Rob Kress I am a customer so don't let them tell you they can't find me. They took $2250 from me and gave me nothing in return.

Plum is great! The best prices and their customer service is top notch! They are so accommodating to any needs or special requests I may have. No automated answering service either, I have never had trouble getting a real person on the phone when I call there and e-mails are answered usually within the hour. I would highly recommend plum to anyone who needs these type of services. I never worry about getting my seminars filled and the RSVP service is a nice added bonus!

I've been in business for close to 15 years and work strictly off referrals. As business was drying up I decided to build my own website, revamp my logo, order new business cards etc. As I was going through the process and soon realized I was in over my head. I just so happen to get a letter from Plum asking if I need any help with branding (Crazy right!). I called the number and on the other line was my savior Melissa Brooks. MB guided me through all the emotions of setting up my business the right way. She dedicated a lot of time in taking my calls, and answering all of my annoying emails. They built 3 different logo for all 3 of my companies, and built me an awesome website (Zach your the MAN!!). They did all of this within 2-3 wks and I am beyond appreciative for the staff at PLUM. They took my small budget and made miracles. You will not go wrong using their services.
