Quad operators in East Longmeadow, MA, are top-notch! Their communication with drivers is exceptional, and they prioritize efficiency. Even if you arrive early, they'll get you loaded and on your way quickly. Their dedication to keeping drivers informed and moving is truly admirable. Kudos to the Quad team for setting a high standard!

I went there for delivery' i was having paper roll and if u have paper roll you have to select yellow button and if you have pallets you have to press red button . They are very good and if you arrive during night they have overnight parking and washroom available because they open 24 hours . No matter what time your appointment is ! They take straight away and unload you with in 30 - 40 min . Very good staff

Kind of a dive and not very well kept up. They're fairly punctual which makes up for the absolute pathetic area given for maneuvering a 73 ft piece of equipment. They did let me stay the night even though they post not to. Indoor bathroom available.

Truckers: Great place to deliver and pick up! Some docks are a bit tight but they load and unload very fast. Go inside and press the either the red(pallets) or yellow button (rolls) depending on what you got in your trailer. Beware, sometimes when they are done unloading you they will leave your sign BOL on the desk inside and not tell you. Overall good place.

Trucker info: Follow the sings for shipping and receiving. Get inside, push the appropriate button for you (drop or pick up of what). Blasting noises should lure in the workers once a button is pushed. On your paperwork make sure the appointements number is visible. There is restroom inside, and space for one or two trucks delivering early in the morning. Otherwise the place is too narrow and you will block the way for sure.

I'm a truck driver and I can tell you for sure that my fellow truckers who gave this facility 1 star are right. This is the worst Quad Graphics facility for me, from the point of view of receiving. I delivered paper rolls to a lot of Quad Graphics facilities and every single time the employees who unloaded me left my trailer clean (I'm talking here about all the cardboard used to protect their paper rolls from water infiltration and humidity). All that cardboard is put there to protect their paper rolls, so it is absolutely logic and common sense that is their duty to take that cardboard from my trailer and leave my trailer clean. That cardboard came with the load, so it must be unloaded as well. And every Quad Graphics facility but this one unload and leave my trailer clean. There is an employee or more here, at this facility, who thinks that cardboard is "my trash" and "my problem", so he never leave my trailer empty and clean. I think that this particular employee makes a bad image to Quad Graphics because of his laziness and his lack of responsibility. Shame on him.

Seems like I delivered tanker loads of black ink here many years ago. It was a different name back then though, I believe it was Vertis at the time. Was kind of a pain to unload as they had no air lines hooked up to their ink lines to clear out the lines. Always was messy trying to clear the lines and not overflow the tank.
