Definitely a high quality operation this place. I totally botched a computer modification and they helped me save valuable pieces that I wouldn't have been able to get out on my own without a blowtorch. They also have great peripherals at great prices, and lots of devices looking for a second life. I worked with Abdul, who is very helpful and understanding. Lowell Computer is great when you're in a bind, and way better than eBay.

They are so cordial and down to Earth here! My cat spilt water on my laptop, completely ruining it and they laid out a range of inexpensive options for me to have it fixed. In the end, I ended up buying a computer and they worked with me on the price. They were so kind and understanding the whole time. If I could give them 6 stars I would!

the owner is very sweet! he stayed late to switch out the parts from my pc to a new case and did it in less than 2 hours his prices are very affordable and he is very communicative!! would come again and reccomend to others
