North Shore Marketing

Starting December 15th, 2022 Northshore has been doing EFT withdrawals from my mothers account each month. She was in the hospital from having open heart surgery at this time and has not ordered any magazines or talked to anyone about magazines. Since it is being done as an EFT not a debit the credit union can't stop it. We have attempted to call them at least 50 times and the phone just rings and rings. We want the money back and for this to stop.

My 94 year old mother has had 9 charges (electronic checks) debited from her checking account in the amount of $39.41 from Northshore Publishers Service in Malden MA for a total of $354.00. These charges purport to be for a TV Guide subscription. TV Guide charges $28 per year for a subscription. My mother does not even receive TV Guide. Her subscription expired a year ago. Northshore apparently called her and talked her into "renewing" a subscription and was able to have her tell them her checking account information. Northshore in perpetrating fraud and elder abuse.

These people are just plain criminals. They prey on the elderly and steal from them without their knowledge. I hope is that they all go to jail!
