They put great effort into making sure I was updated in a timely manner through both text message and email. Use GSS Technology all the time, always responsive, built a custom desktop for my music collection. GSS Technology also relocated my charter modem, and sold us a great router that gets us almost 700 GB download. I highly recommend GSS Technology for all of your technology needs.

Took 8 weeks to replace the power port on a laptop. Called many times in between to find out what was taking so long. Sometimes they didn't pick up, other times they said they'd find out and call me back, then didn't. Finally texted to tell me it was available so I drove over to pick it up. After waiting 20m in line behind other angry customers, I was told it still wasn't ready. I could wait or come back tomorrow. Why text me telling me it was ready if it wasn't? Really the cherry on top of a dissatisfying experience. The lady at the front desk was nice, that's about it.

Feel like I got robbed. Do NOT bring controllers here to get fixed. Brought Xbox elite series 2 controller here to get fixed. I had the cover taken off so you could see the broken piece and provided a replacement piece. Finally got a quote the next day for $95 dollars. I said I'm all set I can just buy a new one for that price. Went to go pick it up and got it dissected into more pieces and still made me pay $50 to get it back. Seems like a crook and made his nice secretary deal with me instead of him talking to me at all. DO NOT GO HERE WITH CONTROLLERS. If I could rate under 1 star I would.

Extortionate rates. I'm assuming that their business model revolves around up charging parts and components and making a profit off of them because the quote that they gave me for a screen repair was comically high They have a $50 flat rate just to look at a device, and I elected to not have them do the repair on the cell phone because it was simply far too high I would argue that the $50 flat rate to "diagnose" the phone is a scam as well. The screen is broken. You don't need to be a professional to come to that conclusion.

They are amazing Chris was communicative he found the parts for my phone fast. My case was shattered, stylus broken in half the unit was a disater lol. In just a few days I had it back in my hands working properly. I recomend them for all electronic repairs. And for the gamers out there he does custom game mods and console repairs as well. I'll be doing business with them again.

Absolute RIPOFF They charge $175 for a HDMI port replacement for a ps4, which ive done in 20 minutes when I had the tools. Like New Refirbished PS4s from gamestop are actually cheaper than these people replacing a port. Absolutely disgusting and predatory. $175 for them to unscrew 20 screws, heat gun a MB, remove a port, put on a new $5-$10 port, seal up a case. These people are rip offs do NOT do buisness with them, they overcharge for the most simple repairs.
