I can't recommend Classical Tents & Party Goods enough! The process for booking, drop off, and pick up couldn't have gone any smoother! With so much to worry about as a bride it was nice to work with a team that fit into the planning and wedding weekend seamlessly! The sailcloth tent we rented was absolutely beautiful! Since we booked everything initially about 2 years before our wedding there were several changes before the big day when it came to what we needed / wanted to rent and the Classic Tents team was so accommodating and always got back to me extremely fast!

We worked with Classical Tents for our October 2023 wedding in The Berkshires, and we truly cannot recommend them enough. We decided to have our wedding on a private property so we had to rent and create our entire wedding from scratch. From start to finish, classical was flexible and professional. As a wedding planner, I could not recommend this company enough! They have been my favorite for years. They are so quick to answer, and each time you call, you get a person right away. They are accommodating, gracious, and extremely knowledgeable. I have worked with some of the larger rental companies in New England and they do not hold a candle to the customer service or quality of Classical Tents. Booking them makes one of the more complicated parts of planning a wedding easy!

My experience with Classical Tents was nothing less than excellent. I rented long wooden tables with coordinating wooden dining chairs for a patio dinner party. Since this was a somewhat small-sized rental, the company could not offer delivery but the folks in the office and warehouse made everything easy for my personal pickup. The tables and chairs were waiting in a designated customer access area and the table was protected with a thick cover that included straps and handles. Communication during the rental process was always simple and confirmation a few days before my event assured me that my items would be ready for me on the day I arrived. The billing office was thorough and efficient and the prices were more than fair. I highly recommend this company for Berkshire area events.

It was great working with classical tents. We went through their showroom to pick out all of the elements for our backyard wedding and it was really fun! They were so open to several changes to our order and set up/take down was easy. Quality rentals--everything looked great!
