Would like to give more than 5 star's really very helpful.... Had a really real honest experience with Quickship LLC car service made my hard time so convenient by shipping my car very quick just like the company name really great full for having a clear communication with Ethan very professional very honest very supportive always responds fast also mannered. I really want to thank him for taking care highly recommend because now a days very rare people are out there with so much patience and honesty. One last but not least is the price they charge I bat on that is anytime so affordable just make sure before you complain did you had a clear communication? (To all who's looking for car shipping companies this is one of the best so far with all Respect )

could give 0 stars, I would. I was quoted $400 total for car shipping. After I paid a $200 booking fee, they changed the price to $800 and demanded I pay the $800 in cash, refusing to accept any secure or protected payment method like credit card or PayPal. They used threats, delays, and intimidation to pressure me into paying the full amount -- even saying they'd dump my car or refuse to release it. I called the police and was told this would take days to resolve, so I was forced to pay just to get my own car back. This was a classic bait-and-switch scam, and I have screenshots of every text and voice message to prove it. They also refunded the $200 I had paid earlier -- just to erase the paper trail and avoid getting reported to the bank. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and prey on people who don't have legal backup or immediate support. Don't let the fake "low price" fool you -- they will switch up on you. Filing reports right now. Save yourself the stress -- take your money elsewhere.

**Please read in entirety** If I could give this company a 0 star review I would. I had spoke with representative Jude Isom in regard to my car being shipped. He has quoted me $650 with a $250 deposit and balance due at delivery. Due to our situation, I had flown down to FL to meet with the driver. They collected the deposit and sent an agreement. I had asked for something in writing documenting the total amount given for deposit and the amount due at delivery. After no response, I had finally received the drivers information and contacted. Approximately 2 hours before, the driver contacted me and stated that his trailer would not pass inspection. I immediately called Jude, asked for a refund and made other arrangement. After a back and forth of call back in an hour and then talk to someone else I spoke to a "manager." I could not get a response nor an answer. 5 days pass and still no refund. I called the billing department, asked for a status and got once again a run around. After being fed up, I asked for a manager again and was transferred to a gentleman Henry who claimed to be a manager yet again. I told him that I will not be hanging up until I have an answer. Henry began to state that everyone is talking about me and that if I'm unhappy I can talk to other people and was not making any sense before he proceeded to hang up. Shortly after I received my refund or $250. Customers be cautioned of this scam company.

My God where do I begin by far The Best customer service goes to Mr. Kevin Conner he is a man of his word...I had so many bad experiences with other transportation company's and Mr Conner assured me great customer service and he delivered just that. My vehicle got picked up on time and delivered on time...always in communication keeping us posted with ETA's for both pick up and delivery...I would recommend this company hands down. It's been a pleasure. Thank you all. Michael as the driver was great as well. Good job.

I had the worst experience with quickship. This is a company I would not suggest using. I initially received a quote and date for my pickup. Prior to the pickup date I called and spoke with Jude and asked if I could modify the pickup location in which he stated that was fine. On the day of, the driver called and verified that he could not pick up my car. The address he spoke of was the previous address. Once I explained to him I made an adjustment he then very rudely told me that address was too far. I suggested I could drop the car off after work or the next day because I was off and the driver was still very rude and said he would call me back. I then spoke to Jude who at first told me I never modified the address, but once I showed him the texts he stated he would find a different driver. The new driver was very polite and arranged the pickup however the price changed. I had already paid a deposit of 250 and I was supposed to pay 550 upon pickup. The new driver advised it would be a total of 900 and the previously paid 250 was not included. At this time the driver was in front of me and I had to make the adjustment. Quickship said a manger would call, no one did. They were not apologetic about the lack of communication. They only cited I had to pay whatever the new drivers amount was because it's all different. I did not ask for a new driver, their driver declined the job. This company will make changes and not tell you first. They will refuse service after a deposit is made and the new amount is on you. No manager will try to help. This was my first experience and trust me go with a different company. From the driver to dispatch, my experience with them disappointing.i should've known when they quoted me 550 then once I got on the phone is was a booking fee added.

Beware everyone, total scammers. I wish I could give 0 stars. And I wish I had read their reviews first. Shame on me. Be careful of Neil Collins. Agreed on $150 deposit for $350 haul. Driver shows up with short flatbed that can't accommodate my sprinter van. Collins says it's my fault for modifying my van without telling him. Explained to him that it wasn't modified. It's factory. Still blames me and refuses to return deposit. Ok, so he gets another driver to show up next morning. This driver says he'll take the van but I have to pay extra to the original $350. About $600. Told him to get lost. This industry is overun with people that have no conscience because there is no oversight. And forget about trying to get back your deposit. Told me he didn't care if I took him to court because he will always win. So cocky.

I was quoted $550. I was told I would have to pay $250 at booking, and the remainder to the driver. Then when they had my car, they said I had to pay $650 to the driver. In total that's $900. $350 more than what was quoted. Moreover, I told the driver I wouldn't be at the location until 10pm. Driver showed up at 3:30, asking me to Zelle the money for my car. I didn't. The driver then took my car and stopped communicating. Every time I called Quickship or the contracting company or the driver, I was given wrong and inaccurate estimates on when I would actually receive my vehicle. "Maybe tomorrow" they said. The next day, I was told it would arrive at 5pm. At 5pm I was told it would arrive at 9pm. At 8pm the driver told me he would be there by 10pm. At 10pm the driver told me it would be there by 11pm. At 12 am, the driver said he'll be there at 1:45am. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are a middle man, who contracts other companies, who contract drivers. They will lie to you in the quote on what it costs, and they will lie to you on the delivery times.

One of the best experiences with these guys. I moved my car from Texas to NC. I was extremely nervous, but these guys made it way easier than I expected. 100% Recommendations!
